Hello everyone! We're friends with Quick Curly in real life and he directed us to the board. We've also been working on an SMB3 hack that'll be coming out December 21, 2012. What's up everyone? |

This video shows 2 edited levels of our SMB3 hack, although more has been done since this was made. The map isn't edited yet because we're taking care of the levels first so that we know how many levels will actually be in the first world. Hopefully we'll have some more later! |

For now we weren't really looking to make a too in-depth hack. Quick has been helping us directly to get started and we're really just interested in level editing using SMB3 Workshop (at least for now). Maybe more will come later, but nothing that can't be done with what we've already been using. What you've been doing to advance SMB3 hacking/with Reuben has been excellent though! |

messiaen, your stuff is always amazing.
Nice screenshots as well, speedreemix. Well we finally finished a multi-area level that we were working on. It starts underground, goes up to the hills, goes back down in the ground, and then ends up above ground in the hills again. There are two exits depending on the path the player takes - one with a little surprise. Sorry about the oversized JPGs. Nestopia wasn't letting us save any screenshots, so we had to use VirtuaNES. We also tried to decrease the size in the image tags and they looked messed up. We'll deal with whatever it was with Nestopia later, or we'll just stick to videos from now on. Starts underground...

Maybe more to come later when we have time to continue working on the hack, since we're spending it all playing video games! |
