Hey I was wondering how I could go about having an enemy change itself
into another enemy? kinda like how boomer and johnny change from blue to red. To be more precise though I want croco to change into that unused purple dragon enemy. |

This is an edit of the first croco fight I've been working on, and I'm pleased with whats done so far. I made this boss a little harder by giving him another form to play around with and changing which attack he does. Also I am aware that when he turns into that dragon form the game messes up graphics wise, but it only last for one turn. If anyone would like to try this I could try and make a ips for it.

Wow thats pretty cool! Are those bricks in the air or can you jump on them?
I also like the formation of the parakoopas. This looks very promising, I'll be sure to check on this every now and then. |

I'm trying to make a new boss so I can replace the hammerbro,
but I've run into a few problems, I want to make it so that when he gets below a certain hp he will summon two sky troopas, but there are two problems #1 When they aren't on the field you can still see their shadows. #2 I want to make it so it's an one time deal but he keeps summoning them back. I read of a way to fix problem two but it makes it so he never summons them, here it is If target: self, Hp is below : 1008 ---If memory address: 7EE004 , bit(s) are clear: 0 ------Set memory address: 7EE004 , bit(s): 0 ------Then blah blah blah ------Wait 1 turn, restart script Is this what I should do or did I do something wrong? Note the above is how someone else wrote it. |

Thanks, you helped me fix the shadow issue, as for the continuous summons
I think I'll let those stay, I'll just edit mack to never summon his minions back, as to no be repetitive in battle style. |

Does anyone know where the graphics for the noknok shell are in
the sprite editor? I can't seem to find it and I want to have that as the first weapon mario gets instead of the hammer. Also I know there is a thread for this sort of thing it's just that I can't post it there due to not being able to double post |

While browsing the site I noticed that in the pics for the next release
had attack and spell animations. I guess the graphics for the noknok shell are never seen(I think)out of battle, so I have to wait until the next release to do this. Oh well, I guess I can just have the noknok shell as the item you win from the boss and remove the event that occurs after the battle. |

Here is a new boss I'm gonna have replace the hammerbro boss.
Please note only the battle is done I'm gonna edit more later, like probably removing the event for getting the hammer and having the shell be the item you win from the battle. Any thoughts? |

Thanks for the constructive criticism, I appreciate it, about the attack,
what kind of attack do you think he should use? Also note that I didn't give him anything that would induce an ill effect on account of mario not being able to have an item that remedies it this early in the game. I'll see what I can do about the sky koopa's running away, I was thinking of them doing a final attack like fun and run then fleeing. What do you think? |

What exactly do you mean by change the bits used?
Do you mean the 0 through 6 bit thing? Does it matter how they are ordered in the list? for example if I put it like this: -----If memory address: 7EE004 , bit(s) are clear: 0 -----If target: self, Hp is below : 1008 -----Set memory address: 7EE004 , bit(s): 0 -----Then blah blah blah -----Wait 1 turn, restart script Would it still work? Also is there another sequence of commands like above that can get him to not summon them back? |

Hmm... drain seems like a nice idea, croco uses multistrike but it looks kinda
weird so maybe I'll give croco another attack and have koopa caption use both multistrike, drain and another attack. as for the sky koopa's I recently found out how to make them not get summoned back, this is what I did: -----If memory address: 7EE004 , bit(s) are clear: 1 -----If hp is below: 75 -----Then blah blah blah -----Set memory address: 7EE004 , bit(s): 1 -----Wait 1 turn, restart script So basically I put the "if bits are clear" first and put "set bits" second to last. I hope this helps anyone else who may have this problem. |

Hey I'm playing your hack and it's really great, it's almost like I'm playing
it for the first time again. One thing though I'm currently at the second croco fight and almost every turn he does three attacks and then heals himself with a weird mushroom, is he suppose to do this or is it a counter-script? |

I just beat punchinello, one thing about him is that during the battle he attacked himself two times with flame and both times he took 0 damage.
Off topic, I just now realized that you don't get any exp. from that fight. |

Oh, well thats kinda funny. what does it mean when he goes poof but doesn't
do anything else(looks like he's getting furious)? Something else I found interesting is that punchinello is the only boss that guards a star that isn't a part of smithy's army. |

I found that the octovader(if thats the correct name) some times
attack other monsters or itself but it never results in any damage. Also I've never been able to get the attack scarf or the super suit before but today I got exactly 30 super jumps(I'm playing this on my wii btw) is there anything different about the attack scarf in this hack? One more question what does the red hat and falcon helm do? I have about 70 frog coins and don't want to waste them. |

I just got to the Axem rangers and they owned me
man this game is incredible! Is there a secret to winning that battle? Also the battle dialog recharging keeps coming up and sometimes two times in a row. About the crazy shell does it do anything that's not stated? |

Amazing stuff! You said Wario is gonna be a member of your party,
what kinda role is he gonna play? anti-hero or something? I personally Don't see him as an evil character. Also I can't wait to play super mario rpg expansion! Lastly if you ever need a beta tester I'm all for it as all I do is pretty much play video games(apart from a job on the weekends). |
