The house itself has two floors, but my closer family specifically doesn't live on the second floor. It sort of counts as an apartment, but it's actually still part of the house. Other people live there, who are more distant in the family.

Once the part of the house I'm in now was also a seperate apartment, and is technically wired like it was; I can't get the internet connection (DSL) through this side's phone line. I had to run it through the room behind it where the other phone line was and connect it into the jack there. I'm fairly certain the second floor was also wired like so.

We don't have a basement, garage, or attic, although there does seem to be a square-ish hole in the ceiling near a bathroom where I never knew what the inside of the hole looked.

Not really that big a return, but due to the Wii's own graphical limit, it's become more of a home for 2D sidescroller games like A Boy and his Blob, NSMBWii, and a lot of 2D WiiWare games. This seems to be going over to the other consoles as well.

Not so much for the other consoles if not a lot more for the Wii, I'm certain, but I'm pretty impressed about how they've circumvented the Wii's graphics this way.

I'm sure more retro games like those are coming at some point. Not so many, but some of them are great to have, like the DS is the home of both 3D and 2D games.

My desktop resolution is 1440x900. I love the widescreen actually.

Oh, and the monitor is also eMachines and when I want to turn it off it takes at least 3 tries. >.>
