Is that Windows 98 or so? Anything before 2000/XP doesn't have proper transparent image support. |

KP: definitely possible, I"ll assure you of that. All you'd need is to pad the ROM to 4 MBytes and write it to a 4MByte cartridge. |

Regarding #3... It's still 'In The Works' because it's bigger than you might think
And as far as tournaments go, it'd be best if it was in games or whatever where everyone could take part, not just people with a specific game or with hardware capable of X (to a degree- if someone's still running Win3.11 we can't really help them there). |

Don't know any of the system specs needed, but here's a few:
CnC Red Alert, CnC Tiberian Dawn, both released for free on the EA Website. Old, but still decent games. Freeciv, which is a Civ 2 clone (and of course, free. Thing is, the games take a long time). OpenTTD (Needs a few files, but it can be set up as a tournament game fairly well) |
