Lessee... You used two colours for the pipes, and according to the white streaks the pipes aren't even round. First mistake. You use different spots for the lighting source. Second mistake. You used little dot-things for ground. Third mistake.

And where did thiz itnernoob thing come from?

means either there's a typoed block name in the database, you forgot to open the ROM first, or blocktool doesn't like your ROM.

I've never seen the third option happen before, though.

And if you get an I/O error, you have to restart blocktool to do anything

Might be your HOSTS file (IIRC either in \WINDOWS\ or \WINDOWS\System32\), or if this is at an institution, web blocking. If it's the latter, try https://vtunnel.com otherwise I'm not sure what it might be myself

Best I can do is say that either oyu mixed up something when you manually added the blocks to blocktool, or they're broken. BMF doesn't go here anymoe AFAIK, you'd need to talk to him over at JUL.

Hm, first you'd need to recode part of the game engine to handle mario moving at faster speeds, the same for sprites, then you'd need to set up a flag in memory that controls maximum speed, then just write the block. For sprites, basically the same but instead a 12-byte table for maximum speed.

Try my tutorial, I tried to aim it towards people like you. In the ROM hacking forum, IIRC.

Hm, have you seen the sales numbers? By my own memory, they're still selling insanely fast. Perhaps there's a massive shortage simply because of the still-massive I'll add to this saying that I note, however, that some local stores have had Wii consoles available for a while now

Wait until SNES emulation is better on DS.

If it works on the computer and not the DS, it's not the ROM, nor the sprites.

There are very few people on this board with an M3/R4. Only ones that come to mind are apparently you, and myself. I don't have SnemulDS, either, nor do I have the time to test this out. As it stands, if it works in ZSNES/SNES9X, then the DS emulation is wrong and that's all there is to it.
