MikeyK's SMB3 pipes. There's a link in #ToS, as well. |

One of the GFX files, (one of the last ones IIRC) contains the animated tiles.
You can't edit them in Lunar Magic, you'll need to use a tile editor. |

Not that I am aware of. You'll need to learn ASM and make that work yourself. Also as a general note, renaming files *won't* change their filetype, and 750 Kilobytes is unreasonable. |

Yeah, I just stuck some crappy GFX in there so that the corners woudl be somewhat recognizable and such
I support a GFX change for the pipes as well. |

Yeah, this is completely the wrong board to ask about it on. You need to talk to someone who staffs SMWC.

Mario2008, try reading what people have said and do that.
You'll NEVER be a ble to edit the animations with lunar magic, stop trying. Nobody can, you HAVE TO USE A TILE EDITOR OTHER THAN LUNAR MAGIC |

Nothing I'm not already getting. Apart from asking for Mario Galaxy and CS/GMod, I couldn't htink of anything I wanted. Somehow, I dont' hink asking for a better computer is really a good move, so I didn't say that |

That's looking pretty cool so far, KP. How do you plan to handle the extra power the case lights are going to need? The stock SNES Power system doesn't really put out much power at all |

Just be careful that if you draw too much power KP, that you don't play with a multitap or SuperFX
SFX basically sucks up every last drop of power that adaptor can put out as it is AFAIK *sweatdrop* |

No worries, they're going to be replacing smwc with a new site, which is why it's closed.
http://www.nfall.org The tools and such should be coming up within a week, by my own estimate. Note that I'm not at all affiliated with Nightfall, so I may be off. |

Erika, I don't think making a huge issue of every little thing in Kawa's engine is really going to get your point across as well as you want. Beyond that, I fail to see how having a different mapping engine that doesn't fit what you think it should be is going to make all that much difference. |

okay, first off. LM only allows you to view/edit the special layer 3 palette for the title screen when on Level C5 (C7? can't remember the exact number) and cusotm palette is OFF.
YOu can then edit/save the palette. To the best of my knowledge, that's the only way to edit the title screen palette, and AFAIK it overwrites even a custom palette in SMW |
