Not just a bump, but a double post!
I had some extra money to burn with my last pay check, so I decided to buy a few games on Steam. One of the games I got was The Binding of Isaac. I actually found out about it from a Let's Player I watch from time to time, and thought it was pretty cool looking. I've played for about 2 and a half hours so far. In that time, I've played three or four 'adventures' the first few were really bad, but I ran again and not only beat the final boss but unlocked two of the three hidden characters... All on the last floor of the dungeon, which was pretty damn cool. Another game I bought was Terraria, but I haven't played it much yet. Still learning the game. I also bought Borderlands: Game of the Year edition, despite knowing full well that it won't run worth a shit on this laptop. Can't go wrong getting the full game and all four DLC expansions for the price of the expansions by themselves at full price. |

Posted by Gywall I got everything (the game and all four expansions) for 7.49 USD, which is actually less than the price of a single DLC at full price (9.99 USD). I'm happy, even though my craptop can't run it worth a damn. More incentive to upgrade to my dream desktop, eh? |

I honestly couldn't tell you what Halloween was like here in Brookville, I was unintentionally still asleep from a nap I was taking that afternoon.
Apparently, one of my bosses brought his daughters to my neighborhood to trick-or-treat since nothing was going on in Corsica, where he lives. |

I occasionally watch Youtube Poops. Some are good, others not so much.
YTP in general would be much better if it were more shoddy audio grafting, and less gratuitous ear rape. Moved to Entertainment, where the thread belongs. |

In order to not piss off the fanboys, I'll leave it at "I hate Call of Duty." |

Just look at this shit! That's more than enough hearts to heal me THREE TIMES OVER that were wasted because I couldn't pick them up. Also note that I still had a Full Health pill (I used one to get the Blood Bag from the donation machine, the slot machine gave me another one). The Tarot card you see on the map is The Sun, I wound up picking it up since it heals me AND hurts all enemies on screen, very useful in boss fights. My health meter actually had three more soul hearts that couldn't be shown because of the 12 heart limit on the bar (They still count, even if they're not shown). |

Backtalking a mod, that's strike two.
I would stop if I were you. Closing this thread now. If you have a problem, take it up with one of us privately. |

I'll be waking up pretty early in the morning to head over to my brother's place to hang out with him and my immediate family.
Then on Sunday, I'll be having another Thanksgiving with my dad's side of the family. Both get togethers traditionally are scheduled for Noon-1:00, but nothing's ever done and ready until... uh... A lot later than that. |

So here I am. Sitting at work, bored as hell. I've been here for three hours, and had next to nothing after the first hour. It strikes me as stupid to have two TSAs scheduled when it's this dead... I guess I shouldn't bitch since I'm on overtime for this whole shift. |

Posted by KP9000Not in my job. TSA in my case stands for Truck Service Adviser. I wound up doing a bunch of small jobs with my manager for the rest of my shift, which wasn't too bad. |

Agreed. The new layout is not only cluttered, but it makes it impossible to filter the videos I don't want to watch in my subscription area.
Also moved to Entertainment, the better suited forum. |

With my recent splurge on Steam, I bought: Bastion, Cave Story+, Chantelise: A Tale of Two Sisters, Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale, and Super Meat Boy.
I haven't played much of any of them except for Cave Story and Super Meat Boy. I'm up to The Core in CS+, and I absolutely HATE that boss. I think there's way too many death traps about the entire fight. As for Super Meat Boy, I'm Grade A+ on everything in The Forest, the Light World of The Hospital, and up to 2-3 of Dark World. I haven't moved onto the Salt Factory yet, since I want to get the rest of Dark World 2 to Grade A+. I'm not concerned about the bandages yet, though I know I need to go after them eventually. |

I just picked up a Wii a few hours ago, I'm actually posting from it now.
It's the red special edition from last year, and I got NSMBW and Skyward Sword with it. My friend and I got to 2-2 in NSMB before getting frustrated. As for Zelda, I haven't gotten much done yet. I find controlling the Loftwing to be a bit of a hassle. :/ Gah! My TV makes reading small text really hard. ._. |

Posted by GoogieIt's not as strange as you would think. I've heard of things similar to that from other sources of inspiration. |
