I'm not sure how to do it in Windows 7, but I assume it's close to Vista.
Here's how I did it in Vista: You can't be on a Home Edition of Windows, neither Basic nor Premium will let you do it for some reason.

I like to consider myself a master of Mega Man 4-6, and I've never had problems with falling into pits because of sliding, granted the only time I ever used the slide in any of those three games was when it was absolutely necessary. I've never played any Mega Man hacks before, and honestly, I don't have much of a want or need to. :| |

Your Windows 7 partition unnerves me... You need more than the minimum requirement on the partition to run an OS effectively. |

Well, MM, I gotta tell you that as a mod, I have no control over the forums/subforums as far as creation goes, I really only control the content and make sure nothing goes ape shit crazy. You're gonna have to present it to one of the admins if you want it considered. Although, if there's gonna be a staff poll about it, I'll make my vote public by saying, "Sure, why not?"

I'm pretty sure you could use .ips to circulate your hack.
Lunar IPS is a good tool to have. |

I fail to understand why you want save state abuse in your hack. What that says to me is that it isn't designed all that well and has really cheap difficulty. I'm pretty sure that if you keep it like that, people who aren't very patient will damn near refuse to even touch your hack.
Also, from a graphical prospective, you should work on shading your tunic sprites because they don't look very appealing as a solid color. |

No... That makes no sense whatsoever. I don't see how you could abuse a RAM save like a save state, a RAM save returns you to specific locations, like overworld locations and dungeon entrances, even then, it only lets you use places you've been, whereas a save state puts you exactly where and how you were. As far as I can tell, your logic is painfully flawed. |

You're an idiot for even thinking it was a good idea to put an operating system on an SSD. SSDs may read faster, but they wear out a LOT faster than any other type of disk, because it's not magnetic disks inside, it's like a giant flash drive that uses bit switches to hold data, which makes them less durable because the switches wear out. |
