Sorry, I really haven't been able to get back to hacking since I couldn't get access to my computer. Well now I'm on it.

Hey, who thinks editing underground palettes in SMB3 Workshop isn't possible? Well, lookie here!

Remember those "weird" palettes 0-3? Those are actually Hilly palettes! So when you go to a Hilly level and select palettes 4-7, then you're loading an underground palette, and if you want to change 'em, then you have to do so there.

So here's one I randomly picked... this is Palette 4.

Let's see what happened underground...

Alright, I've got a castle and a treasure chest in it. What do I have to do to make it not give me another image of the treasure chest as an item and get me out of the level?

Sorry KP...

The vertical location of enemy "Puts Item In Treasure Chest" along with the enemy "Treasure Chest" will give you an item.

0 = Nothing
1 = Mushroom
2 = Fire Flower
3 = Leaf
4 = Frog Suit
5 = Tanuki Suit
6 = Hammer Bros. Suit
7 = Jugem's Cloud
8 = P-Wing
9 = Starman
10 = Anchor
11 = Hammer
12 = Whistle
13 = Music Box

There is an enemy near that, and it says "Exit on get treasure chest". It will end the level when it's there, like Hammer Bros. levels and the Whistle in the 1st Dungeon.

A freakin awesome AsM idea is to have a new bonus game in Super SMB3. It'll be like a draw in the West or themed on the world you're in. Mario should draw his gun before the Koopa Kid does, and they have to do this 3 or 4 times. It's risk, if you make it you get a certain number of lives, if you don't you lose some, but if you entered the game as Super Mario, then you come out the same. Maybe there'd be a chest at the end of some of them, or none, and if there's none, then you get 2 or more 1-Ups. Neat...

The whole summer went by way too fast for me. I'm going to miss being able to relax, staying up until 5 in the morning and sleeping until noon.

It actually hasn't been all that hot though. Most of the days this summer weren't as bad as most of the days in past summers.

We just got a preview of Fall last week, some temperatures were in the 60's. But the rest of those days (especially during football practice) you should be careful and not get dehydrated.

I was hoping to finish Luigi's Chronicles 2 before summer ended and I had to go back to school, but not being able to even work on it on some days makes me think it will take a little longer than planned since I still don't want to release it prematurely.

Well, school has already pulled in, so I'll always put that over some other things. Hopefully I can get some more things done with my hacks.

� I have used your hex and your code logger. When I wanted to look for SMB3 music stuff, this person told me to use the code logger to find it, and I did, but I wasn't sure which part of the blue was the world's music header I was looking for...

As you can see, I've sped up some animation, graphics, and some other things. A couple of glitches in this video are going to get fixed.
This video is definitely more than what is currently done. I'm getting to know how to do some other things too. But since school already started, I can hopefully find time to do this. And as always, expect some changes.
