Yes Quick Curly, the 'New SMB3 Hacker' is yours truly. I did find this document useful and changed the animation speed.
The reason World 5 does not have animation is because that world is made mostly of tiles that look garbled when they animate. (If you want proof, download Luna World, SMB3 Hack) Anything that you wouldn't find on any other world relies without animation. I hope you find this useful! Do you have an SMB3 Project and only have enough time to hack the levels? Do you place everything in priority over the map? Have some people(including yourself, maybe) described your map as dull, barely edited, or more? In case anyone is doing any SMB3 Hacking, I am glad to make a world map in your SMB3 hack! Just tell me what you want it to look like, how many levels, how much land/water, and BOOM! You've got an awesome Z-map! Or... you could let me give you a random map! Awesome, huh? Just ask me... and I will give you a map, very soon!
