In that case, does anybody know the palette addresses for mario/luigi's map sprites (every form)?

The title screen looks great. Good luck on making your project.

I really like how this looks, it must have been a little difficult to get the correct palettes. Yeah, you should change the SMB pipes to SMW pipes like Googie said. I definently would like to try this out.

Pretty good hack! However, there are some glitches. I tried to equip the trick cape but the hack froze once I tried to, unless it's the emulator's fault. However, this is a good hack yet short.

I need help changing character's animation. For example, I want a Mario change his animation from standing to in shock. Overall, how would you change a character's animation while the dialog is going on?

I really like the looks of this. The new DPCM samples are okay but still need more work on them. Overall, keep up the good work.

Sprite, Apple Juice, and Nesquik Strawberry milk in that order.

I also like Flavored Carbonated waters but the ones from Wal-Mart are the best.

I would have to say retro. IMO, retro games have always had that "fun factor" (even though you had bad games in the past). There are some good modern games out there today but many don't interest me.

I don't really care about graphics but games do have to look good and interest me.

Hi all,

I'm having a little problem with editing NPCs in a room. In the lazy shell editor, everything looks normal but when I'm testing the hack, the room looks like this...

Is there anyway I can solve this? Also, in the Lazy Shell editor, when you edit NPCs, what are those nine boxes that you can check that are called "Unknown Variables" for?

Also, the room that I edited does have an action event that has Mario move and other things.

The video was awesome! I would never expect that someone could do so much in MM4. Kudos to you, sir. It really is disappointing that this isn't going to be released. However, I do wish the best for you and hope that this will be released someday.

Hi all,

Is there any way I can rip graphics from arcade games? I mostly would like backgrounds.

EDIT: My question may seem too vague but say for example, if I wanted to get a particular background from an arcade game, would I need to use YY-CHR or does it not accept arcade files?

Hi all,

I have an idea for a beat-em up game that I wanted to make and I'm trying to find an engine I can use. I know Game Maker is one of them but I want to use an engine that I never used before. If there isn't any, for anybody that uses Game Maker, is there a Beat-Em Up example that I could use?

This is a awesome hack. Loved the new spells, this hack can be difficult in the beginning but when you start leveling up it gets easier. I really enjoyed this hack and this is probably one of the best hacks I've ever played.

I like the looks of this boss, however IMO I think it needs another attack. Also, when the main boss is defeated, I think the reinforcements should run away.

I was thinking either Multistrike or Drain. Basically since this is your first boss, you want to have an attack that does not do that much damage.

Also, I don't think the sky koopas should have a final attack because if your HP is low, you have a chance of losing the battle depending on the final attack you give them.

Hi all,

Is there a way I can add sprites from a spritesheet into a rom?
I think there's a program that can do that but I can't remeber what it is? Could it be done by using YY-CHR?

I wanted to do this for a SMB3 hack that I might be working on.

This is a nice level editor, DahrkDaiz. However, I have a question? When I create a new project and want to save it, how comes the files are saved in the Application Data folder instead of the folder where the program is originally located?

Overall, I would like to see more of this level editor since it does make level creation much easier. Keep up the good work.

Yes, it is a .smc rom but what is the correct rom to use? Is there a way I can transfer my work from the old rom to a new one?
