Posted by TrapsterGet one from an e-Reader card, then transfer it to the DS. Simple enough. |

I think the misfire ability kinda balances it out. The original hammer's misfire (the head falling off) actually added a very powerful projectile to the board, and you could drop the hammer's now-useless stick when you got hit.
I kinda doubt you'll have much control of the hammer while you're hovering; it seems more likely you'll just keep running at a level equal to the landscape you left. Jumping would, naturally, be a very bad idea. All in all, I think this is a good addition. |

Posted by TrapsterYou take "YD", spell it out to get "WhyDee", then remove an E and you get... "WhyDe", or "Wide". It all makes sense now ...If you take that seriously, you need to be shot. The secret is obviously that YD is in fact not a Yoshi (dude). |

Posted by DarthRiko Posted by Xeon He is very clearly talking about the PS2 there, particularly when he complained about Sony. Think twice next time before putting your foot in your mouth, please? I don't have much experience with Sony's memory cards. Only systems I have that use memory cards exclusively are the DreamCast and the Gamecube, each of which handled them pretty well, although the DC had very little storage on theirs. I'm forced to agree with Ailure's final statement. Especially given that CDs/DVDs can't really store save games on them, and leaving the saves console-bound is a bit shortsighted, to say the least. |

I think the hypothetical I was thinking of was that if you tried to turn around, you'd fall. Hard to say at this point, though, seeing how I've forgotten what I meant exactly.
That, and the fact that running off an edge without falling makes it feel like one of the old Road Runner cartoons, except that you're Wile E. Coyote. And we all remember what happened to him when he tried to turn around mid-air. EDIT: Wi-Fi Play! Speaks for itself, really. |

Only if you know who you're up against. That doesn't help at all on the random match feature, which would appear to put you up against a few people with no way of indicating who any of you are. |

Posted by ??????I was about to correct you that it was "rapists" that you meant, but thinking about it, "rappers" is far funnier. |

"Why is 6 afraid of 7? Because 7 8 9." Doesn't work so well in text, but... say it out loud and it makes sense
(If you still don't get it, 7 is eating 9.) |

Slacking, huh?
The Enemies From Subspace! These guys are going to appear a bunch in levels in the Subspace Emissary. It's interesting how many of them look so drastically different. For instance, the Auroros does not look like it would fit in with the Shaydas; naturally, the ROB squad is different from everything else. Looks like an evil Wheelie, from Kirby Super Star. |

Piplup!
Because the game did not have enough penguins. Anyhow, it looks like the new version of Marill. Hopefully this time it won't suck. |

Trophies!
The system that we all knew would still be in the game. Looks to be slightly more customizable, as well. They forgot the Gamecube version |

And Trapster completely fails to get it.
I personally would have much preferred them to use the Fox model from StarFox Adventures than (an updated version of) the one from Command. It's a bit more realistic (not in a "LOL FOXES ARE QUADRUPEDS" way, Trapster). Seriously, look at it: @Sgraff87: According to GameFAQs/Wikipedia, the Wii version did indeed come out first... but only in America. In Japan and Europe, they were synchronized. I don't really care, though... I still consider the Gamecube version to be the real one. |

Diddy Kong's Final Smash!
Seems interesting, although somewhat double-edged. Hard to control, but seems slightly similar in effect to Yoshi's final smash... And it spawns food! Fortune favors the quick, I guess. If you can avoid all the damage, you can heal a bunch from the peanuts left afterwards... Main question is if disabling food as an item will make that not happen. |

From how I understand it, the SMG was referred to as the "Assault Rifle" in the original Halo. However, Halo 2 removed this and introduced a weapon called the "Battle Rifle"; this could not be dual-wielded, but did have a scope and was able to be fired either one shot at a time or in 3-round bursts.
...I think? I might have made that last part up. I never did play Halo 2 much. Played the first one with my friends a bunch, but the pistol kinda killed it for me. |

Hmm... Let's see what I use...
SNES: ZSNES (most recent WIP... I think?) NES: FCEUXDSP (Alright, so I just like the abbreviation) GBA: VBA N64: Project 64 (most recent public release) DS: NO$GBA PSX: ePSXe (Alright, so I only really use it for Castlevania: Symphony of the Night) Game Boy (classic): NO$GMB. I find it works a lot better than VBA does for regular GB stuff. I don't think I emulate much else... Either way, rerecording would be dealing with recording speedruns. Typically, you can use a version like that in order to watch (or record) TASes. |

Tourney Mode today. If you've played Melee, you know what to expect from this.
This may also be the first appearance of certain characters' select screen icons. Observe: What remains to be seen is if the small icons are also the extra-life images. Unfortunately, as far as I can remember, the only images with the UI on it were in time (not stock) mode and had no life indicators. |

No. Battle 2 is unused in every version. The Japanese sheet music even has it marked as such (in English, no less). |
