Lucario, Medicham and Gallade are Psychic-neutral, while Lucario is also Flying-neutral.
Nevermind that both Breloom and Heracross are 4x Flying-weak. I have nothing further to add. |

Free Lossless Audio Compression, dude. WAVs are uncompressed; FLACs are compressed, but lossless. |

Yeah, but the flat symbol is a lot harder to use on a keyboard than # is.
(Then again, he could've said A# ) |

Contrary to popular belief, there is not. A lot of people believed that Fast Balls in G/S/C would do that, but they affected a variety of Pokemon not including the runners from that generation.
Closest thing now is a Quick Ball, but that's based entirely on how many turns have gone by, not on the opponent Pokemon. |

Posted by maxI don't remember so well, but wasn't that how a lot of the staff was composed for a decent amount of time before the split? Ignoring that Kles didn't post back then, Zem and Nick got banned (or left) when Xk took over, and that wite was never on staff that I remember. I always find it interesting when people say that the boards are completely incompatible, given that ||board, this, and Justus all originated in one place. I'm not quite sure how well they'd reintegrate given the directions taken (Xk's iron fist of death and destruction vs. ||board's almost nonexistant moderation), but it could be interesting. If nothing else, trying to settle that grudge between the two boards would be a good thing in the long run. Absolutely nothing is gained by having both groups sit in their respective treehouses and curse the other out. |

Umm. Lots of people clone their event Pokemon and trade them away over the GTS.
Then again, I'm going to concede that in these cases, as long as it's nothing gamebreaking, a small bit of hacking is permissible. Such as getting copies of those 1-per-game TMs (I'm looking at you, Thief). Squash: Very evil, in fact. While it is theoretically possible to get one of those through random chance, I'm not going to concede that it's a good idea to allow people to have those at their own whim. And, since the post died: Chaining Houndoom. I enter a battle, the chain breaks (you can tell by watching the Poketch application for it), and a Houndoom turns out to be the one I'm fighting. It's happened multiple times. Wtf. |

At a certain point, I don't think it's worth trying to be absolutely compatible with everyone. If you can deal with the sluggishness, a semi-recent version of one of the Java frameworks would probably be the easiest way to be the most compatible with the most people, from my (admittedly very limited) experience.
Of course, I think there are several cross-platform libraries for C++, if you want to go that way. I seem to remember hearing good things about wxWidgets, but I've never used it myself. |

I'm not so sure it's worth it to restrict it to J2se 1.1. You're gaining just a bit more compatibility at the expense of capability, if I'm not mistaken.
The alternative I'd suggest is to merely give the disclaimer "Make sure you have at least the Java 1.x runtimes installed" (x being the version you're doing). It's what I do |

And to think, you were in love with Xkeeper until you got banned at Justus. Funny, that.
(Anyone care to take bets on how long it'd be before he'd jump ship to "||BOARD IS AWESOME " if he got banned here?) |

New post... New game mechanic. Petey Pirhana. Level boss!
Peach and Zelda are bound to get whiplash I do wonder what happens to the one that doesn't get rescued. Ehh, probably winds up being "kidnapped" and rescued in a later level or something. |

...setz. You've been here for how long now? You have to have noticed that people will let stuff die when the staff steps in and forces them to let it die, and not a moment before.
Kinda sad, really. |
