Posted by emceeFixed. Seriously, don't try amateur TV repair; those capacitors hold enough charge to kill very easily. |

Shadic at least followed the title that the update was under, Alastor.
The Wiimote-only control scheme looks irritating. I'm glad I still have working Gamecube controllers. Also, Mario's normal attacks look to match his ones from Melee, except for the normal graphical upgrade. Link's smash, however, is questionable; either he is doing something vaguely akin to his old one but facing the opposite direction (unlikely) or is largely new. At least, I can't see any good way to go from a position like that to his old slash smash attack, particularly facing towards Samus. Needless to say, Samus's move is new. Duh. |

Go in the empty room in the middle, stand on the right side, and press those buttons (on the controller) in that order. |

Hiryuu: I think Toxic is saying to do it FOR the ego. The part they don't have to know is that it was only one day.
Everything else I would say has already been said. |

They only work if you grabbed all the dragon coins a previous time through. Small distinction worth making. |

I've made a total of 4 threads over the four incarnations of this board. 2 first incarnation, 0 second, 2 third, 0 on this one.
(And that's including my newbie topic on the first one and my approval request on the third. I suppose a couple could've vanished from the archives, but I don't remember making any that aren't there.) |

Posted by smkdanUse the R-button to create a leaf shield. Fire it at the boss in order to damage him. Being hit by the red orb makes you not be able to use it. Craig: Use Bob-ombs to destroy all the snowmen and the christmas lights. Afterwards, the way becomes rather simple to find. |

Posted by S.N.N. The secret playable characters from Melee were there originally. That means Mewtwo, Game & Watch, Ganondorf, Pichu, Luigi, Dr. Mario, Marth, Roy, Jigglypuff, Young Link, and Falco. EDIT: Beaten. Oh well. |

Okay, time for me to ask for help again. The ice level with all the enemies frozen in the ice, where the exit is a ? ball frozen in ice... How do you get the secret exit? I go down the pipe at the start under the ice, I find a big key I can't use... I look in LM, I see nothing useful. Anyone know the secret? |

Heh... I've still got it. (I may not have particularly high typing speeds, but I'm pretty accurate, even just touch typing.) |

Posted by SonicandfailsWait, wait. You expect him to remember how something he has no memory of felt, and even more that it would be something cool (that he remembered despite having no memory of it)? Shadic: It could have always been a moving car. I think having completely broken brakes (not to mention who knows what other problems caused by the brakes... umm... breaking off) kinda makes you not decide where you want to go. ("hope it's you, fucktrion") |

Everything I've seen from the creator of it's in Japanese, so I'd assume he/she doesn't know English at all.
The barrel with the skull and crossbones on the side is from the original Donkey Kong Country; I can understand it being a bit hard to figure out if you never played that one. |

Actually, looking at the website, it looks like not only did the creator un-shrink the graphics for Wily, but also added in a Yoshi's Island sewer-esque level.
Haven't gotten the chance to try it yet, though. |

That's a brilliant thing for this game. Definitely maintains the "wacky" style, even if other things try to go more towards realism. Hopefully there'll be more in the game from this particular vein.

I think you're somewhat overrating the odds of some of those characters being playable. Moreover, it's not stealing characters who could have been playable; it's adding characters who never were going to be playable. I don't really think they have a hat in which they're pulling characters to have playable or assist; that would be silly.
Seriously, nobody would complain about Goroh not being in the game if he... wasn't in the game. But now he's an assist trophy, and everyone's all pissed because he's not playable. Wtf, guys. (Did anyone complain about Balloon Fighter being a trophy in melee?) (On a related note: Balloon Fighter had better be an assist trophy in this one ) |
