Posted by Kles That basically was highschool for me. It started at 7:30, I had to catch the school bus at around 7:00 (until I started driving to school, then I left at around 7:15). But I had to get up at 6:15 so I could take a shower and eat. Nowadays (at college), I found it's much better to shower before going to bed, so I can wake up later and not have to shower in the morning. And yeah, torture it sure was, especially since I liked going to bed at 1. ____________________ |

I asked #rom-hacking, (since they're more likely to know how to interpret the license), and basically:
If I don't modify the source code I borrowed, I can do whatever I want. If I do modify the source code I borrowed, my entire code must become open source, and I need to make my source code available. Only the source code I borrowed needs to follow the license, so if I need to make the project open source, I need to include the license, but the rest of my project doesn't need to use it, unless I feel like applying it to the rest of my code. ____________________ |

I used a few aolspeak words like lol and b4. I didn't know what wtf meant, but I figured it out all by myself! Oh also, I was really hyper in the phpMyChat (during the time we had it). I don't think I released any hacks though. ____________________ |

I like cottage cheese. I especially like putting jelly in it.
Anyway, I had: a ruben (grilled corned-beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, and thousand island dressing on rye, grilled so the cheese melts) and a "smoked turkey chipotle club" on toasted rye (basically turkey, pepperjack cheese, chipotle lime mayo, lettuce, tomato). That was at 4:30 PM today, and they both came from the sandwich place in our food court. College food isn't bad, unless you eat at the cafeteria. I'm going to go to the late-night diner to get some chicken tenders and a breakfast burrito... this is my dinner. The best-tasting breakfast is served on weekdays from 7:00-10:30 at a restaurant in our food court. It's great! I usually eat breakfast there if I wake up early enough. If I eat breakfast, then I skip lunch, that way I have some kind of moderation over how much I eat, and I conserve my meal plans that way. ____________________ |

My ISP at home is Comcast, and I barely ever have problems with it. If I do, they're far between. When it's working, it's great.
I think it's weird how I never have problems with it, and tons of people have lots of problems with it. ____________________ |

Our mall is so freaking ghetto. I only ever have to go there to buy new shoes anymore. I'm not sure if we have a Hot Topic there, but we definately have a Spencers. ____________________ |

My DS works just fine. I have both a lite and a SUPERCLUNKERLOL. I like the lite's bright screen better, but the dpad isn't as good, and the sound is a little quieter. Oh well, I usually don't find that much. ____________________ |

The only thing is that the message is misleading. I thought it was a bug at first, because it was saying I was posting *threads* too fast, when I hadn't posted any threads at all. It should instead say "You are posting too fast" or something, to make it more general. ____________________ |

I use all sorts of different kinds of indentations (mostly because the different editors I use handle tabs differently. )
I use tabs most often, because it's really easy... press tab, yay indent! Press backspace, yay unindent! I'd rather there be too much instead of not enough. In NetBeans, I also use tabs, but NetBeans usually treats that like I've pressed space 4 times, so if I don't have the cursor in the right place when I hit tab, it'll indent incorrectly, leaving extra spaces or something. Also, to unindent, I have to backspace four times. Kind of a pain. ____________________ |

2/25... let's see
The day before that, I started working on that OPL3 midi player thingy, and I was fooling around with the OPL3 emulator code from mame, then I found a version that was edited to work outside of mame, so I used that. Then I spent a while trying to get it to make noise, which I did. Then I spent the rest of the day trying to figure out how I could get the midi player to get the timing right, since midi's method of timing confuses the dickens out of me (mostly because I didn't know how to convert microseconds to 1/44100 seconds). So Acmlm helped me figure it out, so I started working on that and finished around 3-4am. So that's the preface. On 2/25, I woke up at 10-11am, intending to work on a Java project due at 10:30pm that night (I had about a month to work on in and hadn't even looked at it yet ), but instead, I decided to work on the midi player, to try to get it to play midis. I spent all morning on it, until maybe around 5 pm. At that time, I had done a bunch of revisions and yeah, it plays midis fine now. But I worked pretty much nonstop... I didn't eat, didn't shower, nothing I usually do in the morning. When I was done, I took a shower (to make up for not having taken one the night before). The time I spent working on the midi player thingy seemed to breeze by. Then I started working on my project, having under 5 hours to complete it and submit it. This seemed kinda long, because I had to design a text-based Battleship game, complete with cpu AI, using sparse matrixes for the board (sparse matrixes only store data for occupied cells), and I had to do it this way and make that and create this, blah blah, so I worked on that from 5pm all the way until 9:20pm, when I finished everything and submitted it. So yeah, yesterday was long and short. Also, it was snowing that morning, which sucks because it's too warm for it to do anything, and it wasn't snowing long enough to get classes cancelled today. So basically all of the paths are narrow again, since they don't like shoveling the entire width. Just when the old snow, which had frozen and stayed around for a week or so had finally almost melted completely due to warm weather and rain. ____________________ |

Or sweets in general, actually.
Anyway, I don't really eat candy a lot, but when I do, I usually either get sour patch kids or a butterfinger bar. Both are my favorites. Any kind of fruit-flavored candy is usually a winner for me. Lime flavored jolly ranchers? Hell yeah! (I don't know if they make those) So what kind of sugary snacky junkfood candy stuffs do you like? ____________________ |

Wow, I didn't know that about the word kernal... So Microsoft copied this typo all the way into Windows ME? (kernal, kernal32, etc)
Well, not that it's a big deal, but when I was naming my Marble Madness clone idea, I called it Roboll, because when I was working on the soundtrack, and I saved, I meant to name it "Roball", but I typo'd it and didn't notice until later. Then I just liked the uniqueness of the name, so I kept it. Typos are the way of the future, just as long as it's not a z replacing an s. ____________________ |
