The problem I have with TTD (I play the oldsk00l dos version in dosbox) is that I have no idea where to start. I don't know what to actually *do*. It's like "Oh hi, your town is fine as it is, but I'm going to move in and build some bus stations for you even though you didn't ask me to, kthxbai ".

Nah, Legendary Thread 1 should go in the Display Case (if we ever get one), not be the Town Square. It's too legendary to be square.


I agree. The ATS thread *MUST* be created for the sole purpose of being an ATS thread. Another thread cannot inheret the ATS.

Though, Acmlm's Town N-gon is kinda catchy. If I'd thought of it earlier that might have been the name instead.


A "town square" is a more publically recognizeable name than a "town pentagon".

It's not so much a line as it is a column. Lines are also infinite. It has been proven time and time again that the ATS thread will come to an end.


You can call it a line-segment. Those have end-points, and thus can have a beginning and an end.

I really like dragons, so that's why I chose Drag. However, other dragon-lovers tend to come up with really cool dragon names for their aliases, and I didn't. Oh well, Drag's a good enough name anyway.
