All over the black here too, but not quite that much. Dark blue jeans, dark gray jacket, black shirt with stupidity on it (today: "meep.", last one: "i see dead pixels", that kind of stuff), brown shoes. The brightest I have are my socks, but you can't usually see those anyway. There's one simple issue here with two effects. The issue is that a lot of bots are counted as guests. The effects are that they show up in the wrong list on online.php, and that they increase the view counter. Should a bot increase the view counter? Should it be listed under "guests" instead of "bots"? If you answered "no" to both of these, the root issue has good cause to be fixed. If you answered "yes" to either, there's cause for further discussion as to why not. I've put it on the profile page, like on ABXD, and the "is it blocked" determination includes a check for what is now the Jedi Training Helmet, but there's no replacement for that yet so it's never set.

Look in the SMB2 ROM for a set of hex numbers that match the title screen layout, using the PPU viewer as a guide. When you think you've found the data, make a backup copy of your ROM and change a couple bytes around. Reload the game and see if there's anything different to it. If there is, you probably found the title screen data. You're on the right track. Try editing a single byte to a bunch of different values, see what happens.
Seriously though, you shouldn't be afraid to experiment a bit and learn for yourself how the title screen is stored.
