I don't remember if this has been asked yet, but... What do you do for a living?
Nothing at all, actually. I'm on welfare. Last time I had a job, I got diarrhea from the stress. I didn't get paid for it anyway (if I did they'd cut off the welfare) so eventually I just stopped going. What do you think of KDE? It certainly looks nice, but to paraphrase Dracula, "perhaps the same could be said of all graphical user interfaces." Do you drink spirituous beverages? Beer doesn't count, does it? If that's so, the answer's no. And even then, only on weekends. And even then, rarely. You did ask me to elaborate...
What happens when somebody claims to know some better-than-basic knowledge or skill, such as "HTML beyond a simple <a>", then refuses to demonstrate this because he's "too lazy at the moment", it severely impacts that person's reputation. People would think that that person wasn't all that. The simple fact that you put your link inside <html> and <body> tags demonstrates your knowledge of basic HTML isn't all that to begin with -- everypony who knows basic HTML knows that there can be only one <html> and <body> tag per page, and since you're writing only part of a bigger complex (namely a messageboard's thread view), you'd know that those tags are already present. What other reason could there be to put those two tags there? Well, maybe you wanted to demonstrate knowledge of the fact you'd have to use those tags on a proper page? In that case, you still fall on your ass, because you've left out the header. Now, I know you can leave out the <head> tag and all it's supposed to contain and still have a technically "valid" page, but that's just too damn sloppy. The biggest problem here is that your "HTML knowledge" claim is not the only thing about you that's just plain wrong. My respect for you is at an all-time low, good sir. Find the specific 0x03 byte in the ROM that controls this and put a 0x02 byte there instead, using a hex editor. Reuben works in a rather different way than other SMB3 editors do, so yeah I'd say you are on the wrong track. You need a special "base" ROM that Reuben links all the data into. A regular SMB3 ROM won't do.

A NES program with a bankswitch routine can't work without an actual mapper chip, no matter if you added the routine yourself or not. You'd have to specify that a mapper needs to be emulated, as with all expansion chips.
