It's not a bug or a glitch, then. It's HTML Comments. You can buy Xkeeper's Goggles in the item shop for a shitton of monies and see them in delicious green, or you can quote posts or do View Source. The trick is ofcourse to write the comments in such a way that you don't leave blank spaces in your post.
There's obviously a hidden message in that blank spot. Now, your post just now has a huge blank spot between the quote and your reaction, but there's nothing there -- I wear the goggles so I should know. "NOP" is machine code for "no operation", or "waste a cycle doing nothing at all." "To NOP out" means replacing code that actually does something with nothing but NOPs so it doesn't. I tend to say some pretty sharp things on awkward moments, where I mean "sharp" in the "stab you in the heart" sense. It's why, on those rare occassions I go out for some family event (such as the recent burial for my stepdad), I try not to speak at all and say it all on the way there when only my mom and maybe brother(s) are there to hear it -- they understand why.
