Why is that wrong exactly? I assume it's to allow multiplayer, the equivalent of using link cables. |

Congratulations on two years. *throws two cakes*
My five-year anniversary was in March, which makes me slightly more oldbie than Hiryuu. |

Posted by stag019 Is that the one with the username "Roger" at several other Acmlmboards over the past year or so? |

Saying pee should be fine. Using questionable language has never been a problem here, even "fuck". |

Lots of Springfields, huh? *checks Wikipedia* 62. Holy crap. And 45 of those are in the USA.
Lexington has to be pretty common as well. In 2004 we took a rather lengthy vacation and passed through four Lexingtons. Michigan (the dump we lived in), Illinois, Kentucky, and Virginia. |

Posted by Xkeeper That happens to me as well, all the time. A lot of my dreams for some reason involve me telling someone something, and I wake up and have no idea if I actually told them or just dreamed it. My brain is so gullible, I will believe even the most absolutely ridiculous of dreams even for a few minutes after waking up. And I got 8 hours of sleep last night after weeks of only 6 hours a night. My problem is (a) I tend to stay up later than I intended, and (b) I'm a natural alarm clock and automatically wake up as soon as it gets light out, which right now is like 06:00. |

Posted by Black Lord That's why I dual-boot. On the Windows side, I'd stick with XP until the bugs are ironed out of Vista, although I have a feeling I'll get Vista courtesy of Ripoff University this summer along with a new laptop. (Even with the perks, it's still a ripoff. The laptops are pieces of junk.) |

I've always worn my watch on my left wrist. Not sure why, but I'm accustomed to it being there. It is a lot easier to set that way without taking it off, plus I imagine it'd get in the way if it was on my right wrist. |

Well, mine are also fairly ridiculous, but at the same time believable in some twisted sense. Maybe I'm just crazy. |

Yeah, there are several games I should get around to playing, but my laziness and procrastination stop just about everything. The same is true of books and movies. |

You know people aren't looking at the speed limit, they're looking at the boobs. They're slowing down because of boobs. Most of them probably have no idea what the speed limit was after they passed the, er, sign. |

My parents never gave me anything for good grades. They just yelled at me like I was the dumbest person ever if I got lower than an A on anything. |

I assume you mean the top 3% consisted of six people, not that the entire class of 2007 was just six people.
I think my class rank was like 15 out of 160 or so. |

Excuse my n00bness, but what is salting? Is that where you take the hash of the password plus an additional chracter or string, so the hash isn't recognizable or whatever? |

Problem with that is people who use multiple IP addresses regularly. I post from both home and work, and my IPs for each place are wildly different. There's also the problem if someone moves (which I did in April and will probably do twice in 2008). |

Yeah, there's that too...and when I had dialup in 2001-2005, the IPs usually were pretty similar for a while (like 65.164.xxx.xxx), but at some point the ISP apparently switched to a completely different range of addresses starting with 216. Another reason why even checking only the first octet can be very bad. |

You New York people have to take your Regents after school should otherwise be over? At least Michigan has the common decency to place its MEAP tests in the spring semester...
Uh, what's No Sibling week? People with siblings can't go to school? My spring semester ended in early May, then a week of finals, then boom, summer semester the very next week. In high school I would have a week or so of half days at the end. |

I registered there when it started but haven't posted, don't plan to post, and don't even remember my password if I did want to. I did register at all previous Acmlmboard incarnations (well, not early test boards or anything), although I joined the third one only a few days before it went boom. |

Why are they all out of town except you?
Me, I don't have any siblings...my mom decided one kid was enough, I guess. I think my dad wanted another. |
