268. My ISP's DNS servers dying constantly, making "Server not found" errors more common than actual page loads. |

I probably should give blood but I'm too scared...I don't know why, I was perfectly fine when they extracted blood for a blood sugar test a few years ago. I guess I generally don't do that kind of stuff voluntarily. |

I don't see what's so fun about insulting people and getting insulted. Maybe I'm just mentally unstable... |

Yeah, I have some games that run blindingly fast. Kroz was written in the days when 16 Mhz was considered top of the line. |

"Area code" refers to the beginning of the telephone number. Mine is 248, by the way. The postal codes are 5 digits and are generally called "zip codes". |

They don't allow people with tattoos and piercings to give blood? What, some of the ink and...uh, jewelry molecules gets into the bloodstream and contaminates it? |

I was always one of the youngest in my grade. I think it had to do with me attending kindergarden in New Jersey but middle and high school in Michigan, there was probably a cutoff date difference (because I had kindergarden in NJ, all of my schooling started in a year determined by the NJ cutoff date).
At my high school I think you had to be 17 to give blood. |

I was wondering why there was a blank post.
274. Going to class for the midterm and realizing you have NO idea how to answer ANY of the questions. Happened to me today, I had to walk out and take an F. I only missed one day of that class this semester. |

I don't even have a microphone for my computer, nor have I ever had one. I never saw the novelty in hearing a person online instead of reading their posts. |

Hey, give him a break. It's not like he could've edited his post. |

I'm Italian/Spanish/German/Polish etc. My last name sounds like a type of pasta though. |

Some people are too lazy to use preview, or are not in the habit of doing it because they're used to being able to edit, or have a crappy ISP which fails about 1/5 of pageviews with "Server not found" and therefore every loaded page could potentially take much longer than it should (I fall into all three categories). |

I don't have a continuously running virus scanner, although I do use a firewall (ZoneAlarm). |

I thought most European countries use separate area codes for cell phones and landlines, unlike the USA. |

On a more serious note, since my mom is slightly older than my dad and she's heavily interested in ancient history, my dad would always make jokes about my mom being born in the Stone Age and such. |

There's some weird constraint we're supposed to follow in pur posts, but very few of us have any idea what it is.
This post probably fails. |

My real life sucked in 2002 and early 2003 though. I think there's some kind of rule that my real life and online life can't both be good at the same time.
2002-2003: bad real life, good online life 2004-mid 2005: bad online life, good real life Mid 2005-2006: no online life, good real life 2007 so far: good online life, bad real life Of course, someone with 6 mental disorders doesn't get out much except school and work, so "Real life" refers to those two. |

The computer is fairly new (October 2006). It was dirt cheap though. |
