Ditto on numbers 3, 4, 6, and 7.
Also, when you paste a part tree that puts it close to the limit, then delete another part tree, and then try to add more parts, it says its at the limit! Anyone else had that happen? I posted this in the other forum as well, for anyone who thinks it sounds familiar.
I am getting sick of Youtube ripping out most of the songs I use in my videos. I'm sure I could use remixes and VG music, but they always seem to fall short when I'm trying to set the mood on one of my series episodes. I would think that the owners of the songs would love to have the free advertising that we give them (I for one have bought many songs that I first heard on Youtube). Anyways, I'm thinking of abandoning the site altogether and maybe posting my videos somewhere else. I know of Veoh, but that's about as far as my knowledge extends. Anyone know of any good video posting sites that won't tear a video to shreds? ____________________ One does not simply Walken to Mordor.... |

So what do you guys think? I'll be honest and say that YouTube is really all that I know at the moment, but I've been thinking of trying Veoh since I've seen full episodes of shows on there, so I don't think they have much of a copywrite problem or even a limit on how long the video is (which could be nice in some situations). It can even search through YouTube videos, but alas, it doesn't have the lost audio.

Don't worry about it, Nutman, no one's being forced to join. I think all they wanted to do is let us know that there was another dedicated Fraxy board to join if you wanted to. It's kind of like when JPTeeto made the Fraxy wiki even though there was already one out on the internets. I'm thinking of just stopping work on it for now and focusing on just making new bosses. The Youtube problems have really made me mad, since going over some of my old videos, I find that they don't have much coolness factor with the music gutted right out of it.

Have you tried just using Joint-Turns? If the panel is only needed to turn it around once and not have it spin, that is what I would use.

1) Could use a panel-aim player with a booster on it, though I dont think most people would like that. Just use a fighter core.
2) Joint-turns. 3) timers on the pieces set at negative frames. 4) Use events. Youll have to do some experimenting to really get firing times down and whatnot. Most of my movies are SRSZ BZNZ, and I decided that it would be fun to have some beats on the track for a change, and a duel seemed the perfect time for it. I havent tried the boss, but these are just off the top of my head:
For the weapon thing, if they are different weapons, they have different frames at which they go back to their frame 0. If they are the same weapon, they have to be the same rank or else its like it is a different weapon. For the three cores thing, make whatever they are connected to invincible (-1) EVEN IF IT IS SHADOWED. It still takes damage from children weapons being destroyed if its shadow. If its normal, then you might want to think of adding more durability to the part. ____________________ One does not simply Walken to Mordor.... |
