The Tickle "IQ" test is based on general knowledge questions, which aren't fair in the context of determining intelligence, only knowledge.
In other news, it's pretty much rigged. The scale tends to hover around 130-140, and you only get worse if you actually try to fail all the questions... I managed a 7x that way. Of course, it's to make you "feel good" and want to buy the total stats chart they offer, since you can brag about it and such. ____________________ I dealt with it. |

I still had my 18th birthday goodies bag in my closet (mostly useless junk, but some nice things), heh.
That and I actually went through my birthday cards now, and ended up with a ton of money... I can't believe I forgot about it until now 
(It was easier to keep them in the cards, instead of taking it out where we were (resteraunt), so I just asaved them... nad oforgot all about them.) ____________________ I dealt with it. |

You get it after a few thousand rooms (2300 or so).
It's probably a placeholder for a "real" "CONGRATULATIONS" screen, since you start on the next "level" afterwards. ____________________ I dealt with it. |
