I had that before. A week of staying home in a >100F room... ugh.

mistahj/Zem, kill the jerkcity humor.

I have no avatar, so I have to do nothing... that's easy enough!

Gunbound Revolution got kind of ruined.

Oh, and don't forget this:

I'm an admin there, even if very, very inactive...

TinasitterX is , for the most part, done (minus a few small bugs.)

The only reason I haven't linked ot it is becaue I've been too lazy to fix the command list, mostly due to being sick. Sorry guys.

PS Kawa: Consider a new way to display the "distance" dialog. BMF reports that on non XP systems, it results in a crash (missing uxtheme.dll).

Other potential updates:
- Predefined variables in URLs, i.e. "Check for updates,versioncheck,1,auto,version,version" (where the last "version" would be translated into the internal version name)

- Ability to manually update the commandlist, or have it prompt for another bit of data:

natrep
Blah whatever.
prompt
,func2,1,text,loc,Default location?,[value here]

...would set it to prompt for loc, with the box set to "[value here]", and would load func2 with it after it was done.

(blah, lack of editpost.)

perhaps also a new format for "link":

natrep
....
link
http://url.whatever/lol?butts link text

would show "link text" instead of "/lol?butts" like it does now.

yeah, I'm on a feature roll.

(BMF also requests a way to shut off the catgirl mode random mewing.)

My inbox is already flooded as it is from another forum that has that option where you can't turn it off.

Hell, I don't even know if sendmail works here.

Well, I know one of the ones I lived at (107) started at 101, so it isn't very rare here... I've never seen a single-digit outside of businesses.

Oftentimes, the numbering is just plain screwy... it follows no real order -- here, it's 1-3-5-7-9 and 2-4-6-8-0 depending on what side of the street you're on; in ohter areas it goes up by 4s, 8s, or other rediculous numbers...

You still play, Xk?

I... um... don't. XD I have it still installed but yeah... it's only fun with people you know.
I don't play, ever. Mostly because of a lack of "windowed" mode... it screws with my mouse, otherwise.

That and the lack of other people who do :\

Because we just needed another thread... (I'm "xkeeper_".)

Anyway, BMF and I chat it up (generally) nightly.

Your rituals? I know a few of you have some sort of chat on occasion...

- Podoboos ("fireballs" in LM) are animated differently from every other sprite in the game: instead of using two static frames in VRAM, they copy tiles on-the-fly from the Mario/Yoshi tiles in WRAM! Since this space is normally reserved for Yoshi's head, the two will conflict if used in the same level.
I found that very interesting. I never actually thought about why yoshi wasn't allowed in castles, I just figured because it would make some obstacles too easy or too hard/impossible.
It interests me too -- isn't their animation just a palette effect, basically (flashing)?

If so, they could've just mapped it somewhere else and made use of the lava palettes... unless I'm missing something obvious, here.

Nice job with that

That's actually funny to see... I wonder what happens if you sell the road vehicle it's "attacking"?
