Posted by StifuIt may be using "free.fr", which would indeed be different. For me, this didn't work at all, and I'm really guessing most of these are based on obscure, boring conclusions that have little or nothing to do with actual domain name value.

It makes sense, as "free.fr" is the domain name -- "stifu." is just a subdomain that is controlled by the main domain... Weird. ____________________ I dealt with it. |

291kB down, 66.8kB up. Sounds more normal. Of course, the cable here has been weird (it was out earlier, I think the high wind knocked something into the cable line since it fizzed out and died about 5 hours ago), so we'll have to see... ____________________ I dealt with it. |

Posted by Dr. Sophiekb/s and kpbs are technically the same, although kB/s and kb/s are not. (it always shows it in kbps or kb/s format, but you can configure the test itself to report kB/s when it's done. Yes, it's stupidly confusing.) ____________________ I dealt with it. |

Hender Good: - Plenty of places to go if you're looking to buy shit. - Rather quiet in my area - No severe weather (El Nino was probably the worst in a long time, and that was ten years ago; the very rare t-storm and occasional bad wind do hit) Bad: - No weather at all. 99% of days are "sunny" or "partly cloudly" at worst. Not having any weather is actually really goddamn boring, since you get no snow or rain, except once in every few years (that lasts for five minutes  ) and once a month, on average.
- Really fucking hot. 120 in summer is death. - Henderslum is across the street (Boulder Hwy. divides us). It's a riot because they're building "Major Shopping Center" (as in Major St.) in it, right in the worst part of town... what a joke. - The people here drive like total idiots. Even worse in the sense that, since this place is a tourist trap, everyone on the roads is usually from somewhere else.
- There's nothing to do here unless you're over 21, and even then only if you like throwing your money into Craps (ha ha). There's no arcades, Wet'n'Wild closed down a few years ago ("See you in 2006" my ass), and so on...
- There's porn "newspaper stand" type things (insert quarter, take magizine) all fucking over the place. Not the area you want to raise a kid. - SouthwestAss and NevadaPower rip everyone off. "Don't worry, your power is only going up 9% this year, which is less than the 25% we were considering last year!  " ARGH

Okay, that started off badly.
Welcoe... Sigh. Wle ......... Okay, seriously. I hate these keyboard,s and it seems like damn near everyone else does too. They're not so bad besides the fact that tke keys are pretty high off the desk... so you really have to kind of put your wrists at an odd angle
A pity, since, you know. I like being able to type without many mistakes. But still, I guess it just happens,,,.... I guess I'm lucky I'm not typing anything terribly serious  ____________________ I dealt with it. |

Obvious solution: Make sure none of your keys are stuck (namely Ctrl, Shift, and Alt), nor any other oens
