Overcompensating? Wow.... That boss was done for the "hardest boss" contest last year. If you watch any other bosses, I rarely use a direct laser like that. It was purely for fun, not to be a serious boss at all.


And I would have thought the music you used in the video would have helped convey that the boss wasn't serious haha

Cool to hear that it's good. The thing that worries me s that it looks like it controls very similarly to RE4, a game which I thought wasn't very good (I feel like it got a ton of praise that it didn't really deserve). I may still end up trying the demo, just to see, though.

I would not mind at all it being newest->oldest. My only annoyance with it right now is that I have to scroll down to the ass-bottom every time I want to upload something. Add another upload form thing at the top, and I'll be a happy camper.

Wow. Never played the original, but I am really liking the art and the music. The gameplay looks fun, too, and like it could have some pretty sweet levels later on. I'll have to look into this a bit more.

Never really watched any of her stuff. I've heard good things about Ranma 1/2, and I never really liked Inuyasha. Other than that, I don't really know anything she's done.

I'll stick with my Rurouni Kenshin :3

To be honest it would make more sense to limit those things to people of at least 25, the average age at which the brain reaches its full maturity. But no one wants to make that sort of legislation.

But really, I'm just not big on any sort of drug. Alcohol doesn't appeal to me. Sure, you can say "don't knock it 'til you try it" but I'm just not a particularly hedonistic fellow anyway.


I feel the same way. I personally don't agree with drinking and won't do it, but I get that other people enjoy it and am fine with them doing so.

My stance on drugs (including beer and ciggarettes and such): I don't care if you do it, just don't do it in front of me or try and make me do it.

Otherwise, I don't give a fuck if my friend goes out drinking with his other friends, as long as he doesn't wind up hurting himself severely

Looks better. But with the 6th sprite, going from the left to right.... her arm looks too beefy bare. Try smoothing it out more, or giving her shirt one long sleeve or one short sleeve. It might look a little odd on the sprite with different length sleeves, though...

I had a lucid dream like this once, but instead of creating something insane, I made a scene from ReBoot and played it out the same as the episode I modeled it after. I don't remember which one, but it doesn't matter. It was still awesome.


I want that dream. ReBoot was amazing haha

I had been an Opera user, mostly for the built-in IRC. But it was running really slow and crashing on me a ton. It even crashed, ironically, while I tried to download Chrome, so I had to do that through Firefox.

I have to say, I love the sleek, minimalistic design, and it's insanely fast. It's a ton better than Opera was, and I think I'll be using it for quite a while.

Odd, kawa. I guess I hadn't updated Opera in a while, so that may have been a problem. But the Chrome installation went very fast for me. Dunno what's up on your comp

And Blackhole, I dunno, I'll have to try that later. Still getting used to it, but I like it a ton. And I know there was an older thread mentioning chrome in here, hadn't checked in h/s, though. I felt like a new thread was better than bumping one that's months old
