I totally crawled in my skin all the way over here. Perhaps my wounds will finally heal.

I'm David Hasselhoff. I don't get it, either. At first, I thought they were kicking off random silly fun, but nothing interesting seems to be going on.

I just counted eight. It was deceptively easy at first, and then I lost my rhythm.

I think the entire eyeball-poking bit is supposed to distract you from the despondent darkness in the deepest pit of your heart. Or the toe you stubbed while skulking around because your username got changed to some random celebrity's.

As for Felicia, she's more human than feline, so I vote no on the closet furry question.

I'm a software engineer at Conduit IT doing jack of all trades web development - mostly PHP programming, some CSS, JS, and interface design. I've been there for six months. It is teh win. The work environment is much saner and better organized than the one at the place I worked at for three years prior, and I'm making significantly more money as well. I get more time off, too, and the office is within biking distance (though I'm using my car when the weather is shitty kthx). At least my old job gave me the experience I needed to land this one.

Mine don't do right. Maybe this would be a good excuse to get off my lazy ass and change things up after, gee, 2 years or whenever we had that La Pucelle fad and Hiryuu gifted me with a nice simple layout that I decided to keep.

I like cold pizza. I'd rather eat it cold than try to warm it up again because it's never goiing to taste exactly like it did when it was fresh. Reheated pizza can taste good, but it's not the same, so I'd rather enjoy the congealed cheese awesomeness.

Today was 45 (Fahrenheit), and it felt almost like spring. There's something refreshing about a major temperature jump and giant piles of snow and ice steadily melting all over town. It's much more pleasant than seeing the leftover snow congealed into dirty crust at the side of the road.

Ogre and I love our cats. We adopted them from setz in August 2002 when they were eight weeks old. Both are playful, cuddly, chatty, and attentive. They love to hang out near (or on) us, and they sleep under the covers with us every now and then. Chester plays fetch with his toys. Cookie gets jealous of anything that might be consuming Ogre's attention (Nintendo DS, laptop, me). I consider them to be well-behaved because they're sociable and scratching post trained, and they sit still for claw trimmings, but they do fish things out of the garbage now and then. Silly animals.

Chester

Eight ounces of cottage cheese. I eat cottage cheese pretty much every day.

Cats are warm purry bundles of awwwww. I love their intelligence, their mix of independence and friendliness. I love their sleek beauty. I love to pet them, cuddle with them, play with them, listen to them purr and talk. I even love them when they're parading back and forth on my pillow while I'm trying to sleep. They're easy to care for and wonderful to live with.

Oy, the texture of cottage cheese makes me gag.
The brand I like best (Organic Valley) has large, firm curds. Is that the texture you speak of, or are you thinking of the smoother type? I'm not so fond of the smoother cheese.

I love it when cats cuddle. Ours get along well, having grown up together and all, but I haven't seen them sit right next to each other like that in a while.

I agree that Goonies II is fuckwin and Deadly Towers is a far cry from the worst game ever. It owned me more times than I can count, but it has a charm that kept me coming back for more.

My all-time favorite underrated game is...

The Addams Family (SNES) - A platform adventure game that is way too much fun to get lost in. The game is well-programmed and player-friendly. There are plenty of 1-Ups and no instant deaths, and it pretty much rewards you for goofing around. Its map is detailed and expansive, with 150-odd rooms and many secret nooks and crannies holding everything from a few extra points to a crapload of 1-Ups. This was one of my favorites to fire up and play aimlessly.

I was a bad enough dude to rescue the president map the mansion layout. I actually found all but three rooms on my own. I learned of the existence of the remaining three by opening the ROM in a hex editor and looking at the list of room names, but I didn't have the patience to find the entrances myself. Praised be the internets for giving me a hand.

I named Chester after the Cheetos mascot because he has cheetah tracks by his nose. Cookie got her name because the combination of white, brown, and black reminded me of cookie dough ice cream.
