As stated by the FAQ, the board doesn't own and can't be held responsive for what the members do on it. Also, from what I understand from the first post, the game in question is a homebrew game (assuming that by 'pirate' he meant 'not approved by Nintendo'), and wasn't made by the OP, so I can't see what's illegal. Of course I may be wrong. (besides, the board's name is Board2 -- formerly Acmlm's Board II. He said so because Firefox 4 supports said attributes without the -moz- prefix.
Though, I'm not updating to Firefox 4. They apparently decided to adopt the same stupid squishing tab bar design as Opera and Chrome, so no thanks, they can keep it. I really prefer FF3.6's scrolling tab bar. That, unless Firefox 4 can support the old tab bar. Be it via an addon. Haha, for once I thought the board really got replaced with a phpBB. I was like, man what kinda weed did blackhole89 smoke to do such a thing as throwing away the most up-to-date Acmlmboard (without counting ABXD) for a phpBB. Then I looked closer. Time to show some progress. I decided to first work on model importing, which is to be one of the key features of SM64DSe v1.1. I will continue reimplementing object editing later
So here's a screenshot of the (very incomplete) model importer. 
Here's the model that was used above, in SketchUp:

N64's texture filtering also causes unwanted white pixels to appear on textures that have holes, like those wooden fences. Because the filtering algorithm tries to interpolate the alpha from opaque to transparent...
