Yeah, thats all really easy to do. Every editor (Stats, Levels, Scripts, Sprites) has a menu like this
IMAGE
where you can clear each individual component or just clear all data relevant to the editor for the current level, or for all levels.

That is a really useful tool.

I use the Virtual Console every now and then, cause it's great to relive the classics.

And storage might not be an issue anymore, as Nintendo is possibly developing a WiiHD sort of thing, where you have a hard drive of flash memory compatible with games, and it plugs into your Wii Console.
