Yes, Jugem is Lakitu's Japanese name, but the name Jugem's Cloud remained even in the English translations of the game. |

I like the return of themes, but something has been bugging me. If you read all the threads in one forum and return to the index, the forum will still have the NEW sign next to it unless you use the "Mark forum read" thing. |

Just a little think I've noticed: The newer versions' hair seems to be lighter than before. The closest I can come to the old color is by moving the Saturation bar three to the right from default.
I really want to make that Samus costume.  |

Well, I have yet to make that Samus costume, but I did make this:
It came to me randomly in the shower. Someguy calls it "Kracko-tan." On the right is the original Paint-doodle version I drew first. It think it might need a bit more tweaking...
For some reason, I almost like the doodle version better. |

Lightened up the blue on the dress-skirt-thing. I included the palettes for the two other shades I went through before choosing the final one, with original blue on left. Compared with other versions and doodle. |

For those of you who don't already know, I've recently learned Flash and have been toying with it in school. Now that I've acquired it for myself, expect to see more stuff here. But first, here are my little Flash animations, in order of creation. So far, none have any sound.
(First link is the file itself, second is file viewed through Imageshack) Oleana (Imageshack) Fun with motion tweens. Heavy Lobster (Imageshack) At first, the body had no detail, so I called it Heavy Blobster. Not intended to be accurate.
Kracko (Imageshack) Fun with ActionScript. Heavy Mole (Imageshack) Dig it. And now the first file I've created here... Toad (Imageshack) Just a test using sprites. |

Thanks, but I made it like that on purpose. I wanted to make it as spritey as possible. And I don't have Photoshop.

Actually, you're both right, in a way. As of Sunday, I came down with some strange illness causing persistant nausea and headaches. My mother came down with it, but worse, as she was also dizzy for the first two days. So, I spent my time mapping and finding/playing with Flash. I don't like to make comics when I don't feel well.
I'm going to volunteer at the fish fry today after school, but there's still a chance that I'll be able to make #197 afterward as I won't be home this weekend. And I don't eat pears. |

I put it together from sprites I edited for a Flash animation I'm going to make. The Kirby sprite is actually from Kirby's Adventure, and the Shy-Guys are from SMB2. Background is obviously SMB.
Oh, and a random Paint fish for the fad. |
