I have a weird outlook on sleep... I'm not an insomniac... or at least I don't feel like I am. Personally, I believe sleep is a waste of time, and any waste of time is also a waste of life, and so on and so forth. I've thus conditioned my body over my high school years and now into college to be able to function normally with only 4 hours of sleep. I have no health problems, I get paid extra for giving plasma because my immune system is so good, I don't drink coffee or pop to stay awake during the day, I can just do it... no problem. My last checkup at the doctor had my doctor asking me how much sleep I get, and I told him 4 hours a night, and he was baffled how I could be so healthy compared to the rest of my peers... Plus only needing 4 hours of sleep helps big time in college.

It was 5 Arby's Melts, 2 Medium Fries, 2 Medium Drinks, and an order of Mozz Sticks. All for 11.90 something...

I live in Nebraska... our weather is known for being 70 degrees and beautiful one day and then a quick shift to 20 degrees and snowing the next... especially in the fall and spring.

Work Projects:

-Get my spot on the actual web development team, instead of just being an html coder... meaning I do some real development, my first project is almost done, and if it's up to my bosses standards, I get the job. Yay!

-Finish converting sites to the university's new website template.

School Projects:

-Write some programs for Numerical Analysis, to be used on the test.

-Get A's in all my classes.

Personal Projects:

-Finish my projects website, augstudios

-Update my family website

-Find place to live this summer

They are called "braces" and I use the West-Coast/Allman style... although I could see myself using the GNU style someday.

Well... my first name is "Derek"... and I believe that the true way to spell "Derek" is the way I have it spelled right there. I am not named after anyone...

My middle name is "John", which is my Dad's middle name also. His first initial is also D, so we both have the initials DJA... which is kinda neat i suppose.

alt gives blind users the ability to realize what the image is... I know a lot of people don't use alt properly... and just put random stuff there to validate, but you're supposed to describe the image for the very reason that people that cannot see the image or people using text-based browsers get some information on what is there.
