The only problem that is bugging me is that the mario and luigi look funny that it looks like the perspective is off with them seeing that we are not seeing them from straight from the side but slightly above. That is conflicting to me.

Though looking again, it is from their side. But something still is bugging me about it.

So far I have not seen Wario using is classic shoulder/arm charge attack that is in the Wario Land games.

Also, as for a Wario stage, it probably would be more Wario Ware oriented than Wario Land.

Despite the detail, no fox claws/fingernails. But at least they come to a point representing them.

That assumes we get the OoT Ganondorf again. Considering Link, it seems a bit more likely we'd get the one from TP instead, meaning that particular sword would be rather out of place.

The sword TP Ganondorf has is shinier, anyway. And that's what counts.
'

This I agree with. Also why I do not think Shiek or young Link will be in the game.
Also, didn't Ganondorf have his trident for a bit of time?

Ganon had his trident in A Link to the Past, the Oracle games, Four Swords Adventures, and Link's Awakening (Ganon's shadow has it).

I think that's all of them, at least. Not too sure on the CDi travesties.

No I meant in TP. When he is on his horse and in the first battles, he had one.

You only fight him in humanoid form three times. He has a sword each time.

Hmm... I swear I could remember him having a longer trident in which turned out to be a sheath to reveal his glowing sword. I wonder what makes me have that memory.

In any case... SMAS > SMW

And if the hacker cannot draw good sprites... SMAS > Bad Graphics

I assume... that Sonic Adventure was not close enough to an RPG?

Sonic Adventure is nowhere near a fucking RPG.

Elaborate. Last time I checked, RPGs allow you free movement on a overworld map which Sonic Adventure allowed. Although I did not say SA was one, it had at least one RPG characteristic which was my point.

Haha no it doesn't. You should play Sonic Adventure sometime.

Do you really think the first game didn't have free roaming on a map?
This anonymous thing going on is pretty lame. It only will cause people to act stupid.

"Free roaming on an overworld map" was also shared by Mario 64. Was it an RPG?

I'll be optimistic about this, not like it can hurt.

No-one said just a single element makes something into an RPG. The point was that Sonic Adventure (as well as Mario 64) has a element such as free roaming that is common in RPGs. That doesn't make them a RPG though. Just to have a similarity to one.

Running around to pick levels has been done in so many games you are nuts. That doesn't make anything an RPG.

Did you even read my last post?
And because I explained everything I needed there, I am not continuing this.
It is pointless.

Sonic = fast-paced action
RPG = slow, turn-based

...How is this supposed to work?

I would assume the game levels are action based and the time inbetween where Sonic travels around and talks to people or go to new areas or buildings have a bit of a RPG element to it.

Sorry to prolong any kind of argument, but this is what I got from Wikipedia when looking up SA.

Posted by "Wikipedia"
One of its development titles was Sonic RPG

Posted by "Wikipedia"
The purpose of the Adventure Field is not unlike Overworlds found in RPGs.

But whatever. ^^

You left one important fact out durrr.

Posted by "Wikipedia"
One of its development titles was Sonic RPG, (although the final game was an adventure game not a standard RPG)[citation needed].

Of course the final game is a adventure game.
Anyone who played the game would say that.

-Sgraff87

EDIT: I am done with this. Nothing will go anywhere and I do not want to get involved with these "morons" who will get banned for acting so. The thought of mine that adventure mode had some RPG elements to it is hardly anything worth spending time going apeshit over.

Shopkeeper: "Oh we have a super sale on our Valkyrie equipment."

Warrior: "Oh really?"

Shopkeeper: "Now I should warn you, it carries a curse so who ever wields it."

Warrior: "I don't care! Just give it to me!"

Indeed I have Dracula X for PC Engine. Quite definitely my favorite game of the series.
Question; Is this the same version as the PC Engine had pretty good quality animated cutscenes?

Sgraff: this is the PC Engine one and I wouldn't call the cutscenes "good quality" The intro FMV was sort of cool, but thats it.

I have not played the game in a few years so I cannot remember too well.
I have searched though and found two cutscenes in this quality. Perhaps the quality varies.
I think I can remember that...
