Heh, I actually made an account over there. I have made a total of two posts with it, both of which were made when I was drunk, and nobody seemed to notice. I have forgotten the password to it now though, so.. yeah.

I registered on January 23, 2001 the first time...

I was never really active though so most people don't know me. I was Jack-Al until I decided to re-register as Kodremus.

Hmm, were you the guy with a dancing cactus in his layout, or was that someone else? Eh, atleast I recognize your name.

And like my profile says, I'd probably be better known as LizardKing, though most likely not well-known, since I haven't been all that active or anything.

Where I live in Bergen, Norway, there wasn't any snow when I left 30th of March, and there wasn't any when I arrived here at my parents residence either, but the next day it started to snow. We got atleast 50 cm in one day. It was also quite windy every now and then, with the occasional hail and flashing lights (lightning). But hey, it's Northern Norway.

Danielle: There have been incidents in Norway where certain buildings have collapsed due to large amounts of snow, usually when alot of it has been coming down over a short period of time. (This has been buildings like supermarkets, sports halls, etc.) Regular residential homes are usually constructed so that the snow will fall off by itself, otherwise the owner would have to shovel it off, of course.

Bergen realtime weather

That is, 6,3 celsius (43,2 fahrenheit), partly cloudy, no rain, winds of about 5,1 to 5,7 m/s (11,5 to 12,7 mph.) from the northwest. Humidity is 64 % and barometric pressure is 1001 hPa.

Been something like that all week, though a bit higher temperatures during the day, obviously.

The one I have at home is custom built, the laptop I use here is called Acer TravelMate 4152LMi.

- Intel Pentium M 740 processor (2 MB L2 cache, 1,73 GHz, 533 MHz FSB)
- 15,0 XGA TFT LCD
- 60 GB HDD
- 512 MB DDR2
- 802,11 b/g wireless LAN.
- And a left shift key that doesn't work.

These were some stats for the laptop.

I don't really have a preferred favorite here, as with so many other things. I always tend to like a lot of things.

But pizza with bacon, beef, champignons and bearnaise sauce is delishious.

I really love bacon and champignons

And pretty much any kind of salmon, and beef.

And anything that can be barbecued..

Asian food (pretty much any) is also really good. And when I'm drunk, nothing beats a kebab.

I love food so much, I should be fat!

I probably haven't listened to the same song for more then three times in a row. Or something like that, it's not something I do often. I mean, some songs are definately awesome, but to listen to the same song for hours on end!? Oh well, it's your call.

I would rather cycle between a select few songs that gets me hyped and just kicks major ass. And I find that I often prefer live versions of songs, especially when it comes to metal. The vibe is just awesome. FUCK YEAH!

Well, this is really strange, with everyone being anonymous like this and all. I have no idea who you guys are, and I don't know how to write a paragraph that could possibly give a hint as to who I am. (Since I'm such an active and well known member and all...)

So I'll just say that meteorology, beer and metal is where it's at, man.

"remnoved"

I was aware of that typo even, yet I didn't correct it. I would often do stupid things like that (and other more or less weird things). Wtf?

My grandparents has a TV which they have had for as long as I can remember, which makes it at least 16 - 17 years old, maybe even 20, and it seems to work alright, though it is a little small...

Well, given the design of their TV I'd say it's from the eighties, so it's probably somewhere around 20. I don't know what brand it is, but I'll make sure to check next time I'm there.

For the individual, boredom would be the reason, and for the community that is made up of all living things on this planet, it would be overpopulation... like already mentioned.

Death is quite a cynical thing, cooperating with illnesses such as cancer or depression, because every now and then, someone just needs to die.

And this reminds of something that I have thought quite a bit about; how I get the feeling that everything that happens, happens for a reason, regardless of how pointless it might seem at the time. And I mean everything, such as bumping your toe into the door... because that may lead to action A, which leads to action B, which affects persons 1 and 2... and then you have it going.

For Northern Norway been very fine for some days now in July with temperatures around 25 C, but by wednesday this week some more cloudy weather came in, but the temperature was still warm, at around 20 - 23 C, but eventually it started raining, and got a little colder.

I'm not sure what the temperature is here now, as the thermometer here doesn't work. Yesterday was also somewhat windy, with winds coming in from the west.

This is the current weather here, according to CNN. They claim it's 12 C, which is probably correct.

They are forecasting thunderstorms for us tomorrow, but I doubt that we'll get any. I have been watching it from time to time, and they seem to enjoy forecasting thunderstorms, but it rarely comes true. It's not all that common up here.

I'll never get tired of talking about the weather, I aspire to be a meteorologist, after all.

4 litres of milk? You've gotta be kidding.. I usually drink about one litre of milk, and when it's hot, a bit less, since I seem to substitute it with juice and such. What I do drink a lot of when it's hot is fresh water..

Well there were green spinies in SMB3. Granted, they were just eggs that never hatched, but still.

I always thought of it as a form of cactus.

And yeah, these screenshots are awesome. I think I should start playing hacks again.

(Maybe somehow I can go back to why I originally came here, though then I would have to plug up my old computer, and transfer all the old files from there.)

Mario riding a chain chomp?Sounds a bit strange to me...

And the hack look OK.

Yeah, it does. I used a chomp like that in my old hack, but that was because the main character was Morton (the koopaling), and having him ride a Yoshi would be equally strange.

The graphics are nice, though, so far, the gameplay doesn't seem to be anything special, or maybe I'm just being overly critical. I don't know, they seem to be lacking something, well, except for maybe the water level. They seem a bit bland for some reason(again, not including the water level). Maybe add some more objects/obstacles, or something. Make the ground/obstacles a different height, and avoid stretches of just plain ground/water. (That is one screen or longer.)

When I make levels, I sometimes like to create alternate paths for the player.

One thing I didn't like about the water level though, was the huge line of cheep cheeps that came towards me, forcing me to lose a power-up.

Also, part of one of the skeleton koopas in the castle seems to disappear when the player is on the same screen as the thwomps.

And you can probably just remove the graphics for the chomp that makes it look like he swallows, after all, he has no throat.

In spite of all I just said, this looks promising, so keep up the good work.

Also, I would prefer english over french. You might make a version for each language, but that's up to you.
