I never seen that much good work in my life. Please don't give up on that project. You had many surprises that lead into a great Megaman game.

Posted by mickevincent The game is still in production at the moment and still needs a lot more work. This includes the Boss AI movements as well as the new sprite change boss graphics as well. Chemic Man is the only one produced but possibly incompleted AI. Anyway it's a question from Matrixz, How you create custom sprites without expanding the rom to 1024K. I know it takes a LOT of ASM work unless you've overwritten the original sprite coding or something. I don't know if some sprites like Protoman from MM3 can be coded unless I'm really into 6502 programming. |

Crap, I went a little too far. Oh well.
I talked too damn much and also entertain too much for my activity sake. I'm not intellect but curious. Lemme back on my short term MM4 project. I'm planning to use that short term into my long term. Currently chewing some notes I've written but it should be done within a week or two. |

Some girls think I'm nice and handsome especially at the time when I work at the company. But not anymore.
I enjoyed meeting other single or even involved women at my company except I'm no longer with them until I get a paying job again. Life really sucks. |

Well good luck with the project. And Mega Man 4 is one of my favorite games. So you're building a project based on female robots. Nice! I've also doing a sequel for Mega Man 1 but I have to throw it away for now because MM1's coding is hard to do. But I'm not giving up on MegaGirl. |

I was thinking of a same way too about adding new enemies if you have room for it unless you want to expand it to 1024K. I was thinking about putting these Tellies from Mega Man 2 which is my favorite enemy or Sniper Joes from either game.
It can't be a good game without them but it's small amount of work. |

Sure, except I suck at graphic drawing especially female characters and I'm not very good at it. Most of them are ripped from another game while others like Elecgirl or even Suika Ibuki from the Yellow Devil are drawn from scratch.

The same goes for someone in making the SMB3-SMAS editor. I hacked the game since 2006 and I'm very good at exporting and importing most of the NES SMB3 levels to SNES. The only thing you have to change by hand is the 13 byte level header.
SMB3 Workshop does have some support of SMAS but incompleted. But the rom name must be Mario-X.smc to load it. Windhex is the best way to dump NES object and enemy offsets and then import them to SMAS and DOES uses the same level formats. Some levels changed from the NES version like World 3-9 and some clouds has been removed in the SNES version. Only have one problem, I don't know how to move the cursor mouse on my DOS MI3 editor even with DOSbox, this is no good. Even though SMB3 Workshop may be crap to use, but I have still rely on it because it is the only Windows editor to edit the NES SMB3 Stages. |

I understand that you need spriters to create bosses and newer art but why replace/recreate the original Chemic Man art. The new one looks like a real soldier rather than a robot.
To be honest, I like the original one. Just a suggestion though. I want someone to redo my female MM1 robot artwork someday whenever I'm going to release my beta version of Mega Girl another fight story this and next month. Mine sucks. Keep up the nice work! |

My Windows XP desktop can't be used and I use them to ROM-Hack and to make movies. Episode XVI is on hold for Pokémon Brown at the moment. Time is already wasting because I need a damn new monitor to continue on.
I have to use my Windows 98 laptop but some level editors aren't compatable with my OS system. Now I have planned to release my beta Mega Man 1 hack soon after I make the first 2 levels starting next week. |

Wow, I noticed that you tweaked the background stuff. It's been a while seeing you.
In fact, I wasn't motivated to do my own MM1 hack anymore due to Touhou Monsters stuff in November which made me stopped doing it. I should start releasing my beta version of my game around this month or next month. |

I love to see ideas at work.
I realized that some enemies in Mega Man IV do not make any sounds so it should be easy to initalize the JSR Sound Engine code in the proper byte. I have some in my head right now, lets say I want Bright Man to use the Flash Stopper Sound when Bright Man Flashes like in the Game Boy Mega Man IV/Rockman World 4. I've still need to get the MM3 version of the Rush Jet coded to my MM4 game. |

This is my prototype level screenshot for MegaGirl another fight story. The real one is the forest level but I have no intention of continuing with my hack. I'm going to make Bombgirl and Cirno's level for now. I'll release the BETA version of my Mega Man 1 hack in 2 weeks or next week. I'm longer keeping some secrets anymore. Now I know how they felt. I'm going to begin my long-term Mega Man IV project from scratch. |

Me and Konchuu already dealing with Mega Man hacking info. At least all of them.
Whenever Me and Konchuu sees, we add info to it. That way, we can always link to them. I rarely add SMB1 hacking info also. |

Sorry fellas. Even I tried to look but it's not possible to find rare hacks that's been off. And Rockman Peercast 1 is not such a good game anyway. Let's just MOVE on and live with it. |
