I always thought one of the chief achievements of western civilization was that guilt was determined by a fair and unbiased court of law which would give every party the chance to present their viewpoint and be considered innocent until proven guilty rather than by the opinion of the head honcho and some large segment of the mob.

If you become a terrorist to defeat the terrorists, the only net winner is the abstract concept of terrorism itself.

Well the fact of the matter is that even before 9/11 he had already done things against the law (US 1998 Embassy Bombings). He had a warrant of arrest from more than just the US and was in hiding, so you can't exactly bring him to court. By not complying with US requests for trial for the actions he is giving US the warrant to do what they must to get him. He was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, on charges of Murder of U.S. Nationals Outside the United States, Conspiracy to Murder U.S. Nationals Outside the United States, and Attacks on a Federal Facility Resulting in Death (source) so there was a fair and unbiased court that made the decision that he was guilty of many crimes and should serve the penalty for said crimes, death.

Punishing someone through what is decided by the law is not terrorist act. It was done through a desire to do justice, achieving political aims would only be a byproduct.

Constructive Criticism:

I did see a few things that I think you could add

1) Unless your Clan uses red exclusively then I'd recommend using a variety of colors for some of the text.

2) The black border is kind of boring. A multicolor/single color gradient might spice it up

That's what I think that could be fixed, but that's just my perspective

I'm not really a gamer, but after much coercing from some of my friends, I did try Pokemon Emerald. I've completed about half of the game and I really like it so far

It's been quite interesting, but I've only been slowly going through it, because I don't have that much time to play it for more than a few minutes at a time

I'm not really a Pokemon player, but I thought that that one game was at least a little fun

Any of you watch this show, It's on British television and quite popular. A new season just started, and I'm always excited to see the next one

Hopefully someone else has seen it, but if not, I'd recommend you reading the plotline and watching some of the newer ones

I beat all the worlds and was half-way through world 9 when I... quit

It was a fun game, now really the only thing I do is replenish my 99 lives and go to the final castle. The world 9 levels are quite boring (I have gotten all the star coins though).

I've been playing Pokemon Emerald for the past few days. I've only been going slowly through it, but it's been the only game I've played in quite some time.

It's been okay so far, and I've gotten about half-way through, might finish it before June, but I doubt it

Really, it isn't feasible for anyone to be watched with small cameras exclusively unless they were famous or dangerous in some way

Paranoia should have a limit, really, nobody should be worried about this that's on here... I hope

Kawa: What I am saying that it is paranoia to think that there would be a group of people watching every single person in the country.

It would take to much man power, and even if every second was recorded, there would be too much video for any few people to look through it all... much less 24/7. It's only possible if there is someone looking at only people who matter... so if you are not involved in anything of interest, then it's a bit paranoid to think someone is watching you every second. Of course, it's always a human characteristic to feel like being watched, but there is a point at which it becomes paranoia

Even so, I spend a lot of time drifting between forums, and longer posts take me from 20-40 minutes to compose.

In the past month, I've posted about 170 times, all from my DS. So, as you can imagine, I spent a lot of time on newreply.php.

I've tried posting here from an electronic devise and that's as hard as heck

You must have a lot of patience... I was trying to use my phone the other day and after about 10 minutes I just gave up and started using my computer again.
