Just got an XBox 360, y Gamertag is JDavis1186, of course.

<iframe src="http://gamercard.xbox.com/JDavis1186.card" scrolling="no" frameBorder="0" height="140" width="204">JDavis1186</iframe>

And I'm too lazy to find my Wii code right now. It's in the other thread. On the other board.

1280x1024. 17" LCD.

I feel like reminding other LCD users (particularly Drag) that if you're using a resolution other than your monitor's native resolution (1280x1024 for most 17" and 19" LCDs) the image is being blurred as the data pixels are manipulated to fit the physical pixels. This completely defeats one of the two main reasons to be using an LCD monitor (clarity of image).

(The other is space)

Since I actually bothered to take pictures of my room around the same time I took the picture of myself in the other thread (when one of my sister's stupid emo friends brought her camera over), I actually have some pics to post in here.

Here is my computer. It is a blurry image. I cannot hold a camera steady.

Here is my whole desk area. It is quite a bit less messy in this image than it is currently. Yes, it is quite dusty. My whole room is. There is nothing I can do about it. The act of dusting my room is a very temporary and futile measure which will be undone by the following day. The air filter in the upper right doesn't actually help much, either.

There is supposed to be a big spindle of CD-Rs next to those two stacks of DVD-Rs and DVD+Rs, but my sister's emo friends swindled them temporarily.

And here we have the "entertainment center" next to my desk. This thing used to be in the living room when I was growing up, but dad finally got a TV that wouldn't fit in it, so it got moved to my room.

We can also see my old computer, the one I now use for my CS homework since it now runs Red Hat, sitting between the desk and the entertainment center.

Oh, and my sister was playing Guitar Hero while I was taking these pictures, so that's why it's on the TV.

Jumping to the corner opposite of the computer, we have my closet (full of t-shirts), my shelves, part of my neglected keyboard, and the top of my recliner (also a hand-me-down from the living room). Oh, all those magazine racks in the top of the closet, as well as the one on the entertainment center, house issues of Nintendo Power. I've been a subscriber since '98. Lord knows why.

On a side note...

DONKEY KONG TIE, FOOLS!

These are the shelves on the wall behind my computer, hanging over my bed. They house my now-last-gen games, my now-current-gen (You can stop calling it next-gen, guys, it's here already. And really stop calling it new-gen. That's retarded.) games, as well as my DVDs and my various action figures/figurines/whatever (toys) that are more worthy of showing off (plus my old TMNT stuff since I haven't figured out where to put it). Older games are in plastic tubs on the bottom of the wire shelf the keyboard is on.

There have actually been some games, figures, and anime added to my collection since these pictures were taken, so they're not up to date by any means.

Oh, and of course there's the rear speakers of my 5.1 setup that I almost never use. I'm more of a headphone guy.

And the wall to the left of my computer.

I've actually added a Twilight Princess fold-out Nintendo Power poster to the left of the Sonic Heroes one since I took this.

That about covers it.

I have a kinda different problem. If I put a blank DVD+R or DVD-R in my DVD burner drive, Windows Explorer thinks it's a CD-R. Other software that can burn DVDs recognizes it fine, but Windows acts like it's a CD-R and then freaks out when I try to burn files to it (I can't recall exactly how at the moment, and I'm too lazy to get up and try).

I was born on 11/7.

And weighed seven, eleven.

Hooray easy to remember factoids!

Was around 2AM or so.

Fun fact: First thing I did was pee on my mom.

^ What he said.

Edit: I decided to make a Tinasitter costume of my own.

It's Tina as Katagiri Himeko from Pani Poni Dash! on the right is Tina's default hair settings, but on the left are these more Himeko-like settings:

Yeah, it'd be best if the Costume 1 items would be effected by the Hair Color settings. That way, this would work for all characters with ahoge. And the catgirl ears and tail could look much more natural on non-default hair as well

So, any chance of getting the ahoge and Himeko's uniform added to the costumes?

Any chance of me being told what format it needs to be in and how to properly position the portions of the image that matter so that they'll be properly aligned?

Well, I've got the files done. Kawa should just need to adjust everything else to be 17 pixels taller for the ahoge to work.

Ahoge.
Ahoge without the pony tail.
Himeko's uniform, designed to work with the current setup.
Himeko's uniform, with the 17 pixels already added to the top.

One should note that, with few exceptions (Elfen Lied, Escaflowne, Steamboy, and the Negima manga, all of which were given to me by a friend and are still on the DVD-Rs), all of the "Have" list is currently on my computer. So is most of the anime "Own" list that I haven't bothered to delete after actually purchasing the stuff (Dual, Tenchi OVAs 1, 2, and most of 3, and Tenchi movies 1 and 3).

how do i bought 750 gb hard driev ¯\(º_o)/¯

One time I had a bag of gummy bears that I accidentally left sitting out on a car's dashboard in the middle of the summer. The bears all melted. When I found it, I put it in the refrigerator and after it had solidified I had myself a gummy bar.

It was delicious.
