Found one of those poll things that has you pick your stances on issues and their importance to you, and it tells you who most closely matches your views, so here are mine:

Your Top Match:
Former Alaska Senator Mike Gravel (D): 91.38%

Your Other Top Matches:
Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich (D) - 79.31%
Texas Representative Ron Paul (R) - 68.97%
Delaware Senator Joseph Biden (D) - 65.52%

Middle of the Pack:
New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson (D) - 65.52%
Connecticut Senator Christopher Dodd (D) - 58.62%
New York Senator Hillary Clinton (D) - 51.72%
Former North Carolina Senator John Edwards (D) - 51.72%
Illinois Senator Barack Obama (D) - 51.72%
Businessman John Cox (R) - 44.83%
Wisconsin Governor Tommy Thompson (R) - 36.21%
Arizona Senator John McCain (R) - 27.59%
Colorado Representative Tom Tancredo (R) - 27.59%
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) - 24.14%

Bottom of the Barrel:
Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee (R) - 20.69%
Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney (R) - 15.52%
Kansas Senator Sam Brownback (R) - 13.79%
California Representative Duncan Hunter (R) - 13.79%

Seems that overall, Gravel and Kucinich match most people's views (It's under Composite User)

Yeah. I've met Kucinich before. Nice guy. Gave me passes to go see Congress.

Yeah, I was hoping to ruin their undefeated national championship-run season, but this is just as hilarious.

The AP poll came out, and Michigan dropped out completely. Though somehow, Ohio State dropped a rank? WTF?

I should do that while at the polls, see if I get any strange looks.

No, not LARPing or cosplay. Someone put together a bunch of real photos that look just like places from FFVII. It's:

a) Pretty cool, in an eerie sort of way
b) Amazing that someone took the time to do all this.

I'll most likely drop a class or two, but as of now, this'll be my schedule starting the 19th.

Man, now Lloyd Carr's almost definitely gone after this year.

But at least it's hilarious to watch now. First time Michigan has gone 0-2 since some time in the '50s. And the 624 yards they gave up was the second-highest total ever in school history.

Meanwhile, the Buckeye offense looked sluggish, especially early, but boy-oh-boy was our defense dominant. Akron had 3 first downs, 3 rushing yards, 69 total yards, and 14 punts. Next week at Washington should be a good game, hopefully our offense gets in gear early.

I'm wondering if Michigan's defense will be as good against other more straightforward offenses (read: not spread offenses) this year.

Also, obligatory Ohio State mention: They looked sluggish in the first half, pulling away in the second half, which has been par for the course so far this year. Big Ten season starts this week (and consequently, the first game I'm going to, woot)

Texas had a pretty close game, and I didn't see too much of USC's game, since I got drunk at the bar.

Went to my first home game this year. Pretty sweet seats. And there's nothin' like a 45-0 lead at halftime.

After working the midnight opening and earlier today, my friends and I just beat the Campaign on co-op. Ending was kinda lame, so I guess it's a good thing that's not why I play Halo. Time to start playin' me some multiplayer, I have to learn the maps and weapons and what-not.

Oh, and as for the guns-- the beginning weapon in Halo: CE was the Assault Rifle. In Halo 2 it was the SMG. Both guns are in Halo 3, the Assault Rifle is the default and not dual-wieldable, the SMG is dual-wieldable.

Yeah, I had the PS2 version, and now the 360 version. I haven't played in quite a while though, so I'm probably rusty.

Boatload of upsets today:

Colorado defeated Oklahoma
Illinois defeated Penn State
Maryland defeated Rutgers
Kansas State defeated Texas
Georgia Tech defeated Clemson
South Florida defeated West Virginia
Auburn defeated Florida

In other, less important news, Notre Shame Dame lost again

Not to mention the close calls- USC barely pulled it out against Washington, Cal needed a goalline fumble to avoid OT, and Wisconsin went to the wire with Michigan State.

Huzzah, now Ohio State is 4th. We just have to keep winning and hope 2 out of the top 3 teams slips up. Only 2 games left in the season seriously worry me-- Penn State at Happy Valley at night, that place will be rocking; and of course Michigan. But the way this season has been going, anyone can lose to anyone.

I just ignore invites from people I don't know.

Also, I should play Lone Wolf Slayer, if only to unlock the achievements that for some reason, you can't get in team games
