I don't consider N64 old. I consider SNES and before old, though .

...Hell, I can't even think of them there's so many . I continue to play old gems today, because most of them are better than new games.

Unfortunately, our "antique" phonograph is... in less than working condition. I don't even know where the hell it is.

But we love listening to our records (Which is actually quite a lot), so we bought a Sony Record Player. Now my dad spends a lot of time turning his records into MP3s using that thing and putting them on CDs for the car. Not that I mind, we've got some nice music.

So yes, I still use phonographs, despite being in a shitty area where everyone hates good ol' musics, and is into rap and Ipods.

The metroid name is horrible, but I'm definetely gonna get it. Biggest Metroid fan in the world here, man . Those who know what my old nick name was, yeah. I'm a fan.

Probably also gonna get Super Mario Galaxy 2, but just the idea of something like that is an "eh" for me. I dunno why, but it just seems uncreative. New Super Mario Bros. Wii, sure, I'd hit that. I was re-playing the other one just a while ago.

Never really got too into Golden Sun, so I'll have to play those fully first. Cave Story, I'm not feeling it. I've seen a few videos of it, and so far it just looks "eh". I'd much rather play the original. For free . It looks all cool old school style.

I swear I've seen this thread before here. Oh well.

During the school year I turn in around 10 and wake up at 6:30. HOWEVER, due to whatever reasons, I can never fall asleep quickly. It takes me a freakin' hour to fall asleep, sometimes more. After that, I sleep like a rock, but still...

NOW, during the Summer, I go to sleep at 1, and wake up at, like, 12. Today was special for some reason, cause I woke up at 10:45. But I'm always tired. Always.

My brother's working today, so we celebrated yesterday by taking my dad out to eat as soon as I got home from Summer Camp. Hurray for Chinese food, which he really seems to love for some reason.

Today we gave him some presents. He's been working out in the yard a lot, so we got him a weed whacker, and some clippers.

I went to Summer Camp last week, and am leaving to go to Florida for a few weeks next Sunday. I go to Florida every year, nothing new. Just Grandma's house, swimming, all that fun stuff.

I have a laptop that I put on my stomach while laying down on my bed. Pretty comfortable, but gets hot as fuck :|. As for my gaming setup....




Horrible picture is horrible, but eh. I got my N64, Wii, and Genesis there. The N64 games are in a box made especially for them, and my Wii games are over to the left of the picture, in another box. My Genesis games are scattered across the room .

Doing two forts currently. One is my Dragonhill fortress (http://mkv25.net/dfma/map-5378-dragonhill). The other is one for a Youtube tutorial. Just look up Lets Play Dwarf Fortress, and you'll find it .

They're both going pretty well, but my Obsidian Factory is starting to fail in Dragonhill... Gonna need to look at some examples.

Odd, how did I miss this thread...?

Yes, Cave Story is a very amazing game. So amazing that I happened to have Lets Played it on Youtube, hell and all. ...Not that others haven't. But eh.

Though after beating it 3 times within a week, I've decided to lay off the Cave Story for a bit.

Nearly beat it. Twice. I got to Bowser, and got kinda mad at him, so I stopped.

This game does NOT piss me off like it seems to do for a lot of people, though. I hear people screaming at their computer screens, lets players dreading having to play the game. I'd look at it as a time of fun. This game is very fun. I should play it again, and maybe BEAT it this time .
