I don't think its that they're insignificant, I just think its that they're not doing incredibly stupid things and going on a world tour bragging about it.
Personally, I don't really care who the head of State for Germany is, I don't ever plan to go to Germany, or work for the German government, or wipe my ass with German toilet paper, so really to the average American its about as useful as knowing who won jeopardy last week, only jeopardy sounds better at the water cooler. ____________________ |

Posted by Ziff but to be honest, as an American citizen I have no reason to give a shit about the affairs of other countries or even this own, because as one man, specifically one man who doesn't work or vote, it doesn't effect me nearly as much as you'd think. The people who should know and need to know that are the people who eventually get voted into power (or the common tale is the person with the biggest wallet gets voted into power, but I like to think its a little of both tipped in the favor of the latter) Maybe its because I only care about news that directly effects myself, but I don't see how not knowing about Zimbabwe's relations with Egypt is going to make my life any harder. As for biases, I find it hard to believe that anything written in English is really neutral. ____________________ |

1) that hammer looks very heavy to be holding with 3 fingers and leaning on the top of his shirt collar, try to make it look more anchored on his shoulder

The image and palette were made in a hex editor very hastily; currently all it does is view files from formats I made up. I'm a programmer/pixelartist who likes to switch operating systems every now and then, and it sucks not having a pixel program to use when you're on linux or something. currently, thats all it does, it loads an image from a file format I made up, which loads a palette from a file format I made up but based off YY-CHR's .pals, and eventually it will become a full-featured image editing program usable on any operating system I decide to use, but thats not yet
One of my major goals with this is animation, I can't think of a single decent free GIF animation program. But who knows if this will be free once its fully featured * setz shrugs next up is editing, short term goals include image formats that aren't *.sex (it stands for SkICOn editor excellence) ____________________ |
