A decent amount of stores will most signs for when they thing they're getting Wiis. (At least, around here.) Ride a bike or something to get there, bring a backpack, (For storage + hiding the fact that you've got a Wii with you.) and wait, or something.

You may be trying right now, but if you really want one, you've gotta be trying even harder.

I've not played it yet, but after watching the video, you need to put a lot more work into level 1-2.... It is, for the most part, the original level, but with flooring the entire way.
