Yeah I made a wallpaper after my cartoons, I'm trying to get my toons noticed on My Space but that's another story. I know it's not much now, but as I work with Microsoft Picture It! I'll get better at this stuff. The resolution is 1024 x 768

You need a preview picture... Like, a 640x480 or something..

Looks pretty good, I assume the "staticyness"(Don't remember a better term, it's late) was intentional, well done image, though I've never actually seen the toons you based it off of. I do agree with Shadic though, a preview picture would be nice.

If you don't mind, I went ahead and did a bit of stuff myself... I cleaned up some of the "staticyness" that TheGreatGuy mentioned, just because it was bugging me. I could have cleaned it up a bit more, but I really didn't want to bother.

Shadic: I don't mind, thanks man. I'll see of I can do the finishing touches sometime this week.

TheGreatGuy: Yeah the staticyness is called "Film Grain" I covered some kinda blue effect cause of my old scanner (from 2001). I know I have a wallpaper around my computer that's not with the Film Grain on it, I'll see if I can find it tonight. ^^'
