My argument is that as long as you get a Pokemon through fair, legitimate means, you can do whatever the hell you want with it. Legendary or not. Even if it's a cheap Pokemon, if you caught it... |

I'm absolutely serious about the Butterfree. I've been looking forward to using it since I heard about the new battle mechanics with move being based on physical or special. Now, all I need to do is get through this game and transfer one up. It's gonna be sweet, especially because some people would only laugh upon seeing a Butterfree. Now I need to raise a Gible and a Riolu (yay friendly evolution ) so that I can have a team for the Elite Four. Rapidash, Staraptor, and Empoleon won't cut it. 6th will, of course, be a MODEST Dialga (I will Master Ball it until I get one, damnit). |

My planned team for the E4:
Torterra - got this already. It's a beast! Mismagius - can I even get it's evolution stone before then? Alakazam - got this already. Doing well, despite being traded. Machamp - no one can go wrong with one of these. Staraptor - an excellent choice, with a fighting move for backup. 
Luxray - token electric type, though it tears through psychic and ghost better. 
But seriously, this generation IS the best ever! I've had more fun with this than I have had with any other generation to date. Got Pearl on release (on lunch break working at work). I really need to get one of those USB wireless adapters or something...
I most certainly got a Chansey and traded it for a Chimchar over Wi-Fi. I just hate having to go to McDonlad's do to that kind of stuff. Also, I really can't wait until I meet another live human being with Diamond/Pearl. I've been playing it all lonely and I'm really in need of some wireless trading/battling. |

I have good news for flash cart owners. The US and Japanese save files are compatible! Just like Kirby Squeak Squad, in case anyone's curious. You don't have to start over. Keep the save file as-is, move off the Japan ROM, and put back a US ROM named to match said save. All Pokemon and box names will remain intact, so it might be a good idea to see the Name Rater afterward. Your friend code doesn't get changed either. ____________________  |

It's not THAT slow, the battles drag out a bit but that's really it ;x as for not being long enough, I thought that was why they added the old Pokemon swarms and other things |

My cousin has WiFi on this game. And he tried to get a Croagunk. People wanted the following:
Mew Lv50 Palkia Lv100 Luxray Lv100 Etc., etc., etc. This makes me sick. Now I'll never be able to trade for anything good without having to pay with a freaking Mewtwo. Oh yeah, for Dustox: Wormadam: Lv100 |

Dude. Offer up freshly caught junk for whatever you're looking for. Wait about a day or two. You're almost definitely going to get what you want from some Japanese guy, at level 1 if you look for it like that. I got the other two starters and a Pichu at level 1 this way.

I think "The Pokemon Company" has been around since Ruby/Sapphire.
I still don't have Diamond/Pearl. I'll get them at some point probably, but playing through Fire Red to try to get what I can from it now. |
