Ok, all of a sudden I can´t connect to the GTS. It has worked perfectly before. Error 52001. Some DHCP setting.

The dumb thing is that I haven´t even TOUCHED that.

Umm. Lots of people clone their event Pokemon and trade them away over the GTS.

Then again, I'm going to concede that in these cases, as long as it's nothing gamebreaking, a small bit of hacking is permissible. Such as getting copies of those 1-per-game TMs (I'm looking at you, Thief).

Squash: Very evil, in fact. While it is theoretically possible to get one of those through random chance, I'm not going to concede that it's a good idea to allow people to have those at their own whim.

And, since the post died: Chaining Houndoom. I enter a battle, the chain breaks (you can tell by watching the Poketch application for it), and a Houndoom turns out to be the one I'm fighting. It's happened multiple times. Wtf.

Chances are, the Pokéradar calculates the squares before it enters battle. Where, it's going to break after. I've had it end like that, mostly at grass edges. :/ ____________________

I've been on a roll with the Pokeradar, I have yet to see how many shiny Pokemon I've captured, but it's near 50. I'm not trying to show off or anything, and it's not like I just get the shinies to trade off for other stuff (Ok I did it once, but heck I had 2 Miltanks and 5 Smeargles, now I only have 1 Miltank and 4 Smeargles.) Yesterday I caught 2 Shiny Spoinks, one was the nature I wanted, I have yet to check his IVs and the other had a not so bad nature, I really hope my chaining of Swablu will go over well, I also am trying to prepare to chain on the routes and places I hate because there are some Shiny Pokemon I want in places that I find really difficult to chain... Route 201, Trophy Garden, and many other routes, but those two in particular.

My biggest chain was 101 Starlys (6 Shinies), followed by 65 Phanpy's(1 Shiny

I chained him twice because the first chain with the first shiny broke...) and 65 Spoinks.

Edit: The only thing I hate when chaining, is you'll enter a patch, chain will break, and you encounter the same exact Pokemon you were chaining before...

Hope I'm not bumping here or anything but today, I got a shiny Kyogre and shiny Groudon to match with the shiny Rayquaza I got last week. But I had to give back Groudon because it was intentionally for filling my nat dex. So I'm wondering...

Does anyone have an Arceus I can get via Wi-fi trade?

I encountered a shiny Mewtwo when I was soft resetting for a good Modest one, so shiny legendaries are very much so legit.

I didn't keep the shiny Mewtwo, A. the green tail is kinda dumb looking, B. It has a -speed nature and like an 11 IV in SATK.

I think legendaries's shiny versions are intentionally made bad. I mean, shiny Deoxys... ugh...
