Last view: 6108 days 		Its an incredibly good special sweeper, Togekiss. If you use Heart Scales once it evolves into it, on the Move Relearner (Move Tutor, whatever) it can learn a few good special attacks.

Breeding some and take the best stat/IV results from those and breed those two to get really good ones. That´ll take time.

What Pokemon are you using as parents, Darckthunder?

Bannette-just so it starts with Will-O-Wisp (I'll forget that later, but its nice to have).
Ralts(neutral, freshly caught).

I wanted an adamant female to breed with.
I usually breed with good, EV trained, bred stuff...but emerald was wiped clean, I'm afraid.
And I got Ralts with at least 25 in speed and at most 15 in attack. Just how breeding goes, I guess.

I don't complain even though one of my main pokes, I only recently found out had 1 Sp.Atk and 1 Speed IV. I found it out at Lv 79, but I'm not moaning.

So you know. It's a Gengar of all pokes.

Last view: 6108 days 		Either way, check the parents IVs if either of them have a low Speed IV it heightens the chance that the child may bear the low Speed IV from my current knowledge. Since random IVs are passed down.

Last view: 4791 days 		Well, after staying up till 2 am last night, I got me a Lonely one with great attack and sp. def, and a slightly higher speed, but the def should make up for it.

He'll die in a Peck, but meh, he already knows Thunderpunch.

(And Gallades don't sem to have a cry, either.)
