How would I know all the EVs? My Luxray is at level 61 and I sure didn't keep track of every EV it could've obtain since I started with it? Does this thing really expect people to really check and write down every EV it has gained?

There are berries that can reduce the EVs of Pokemon. They are:

Pomeg Berry (Reduces HP)
Kelpsy Berry (Reduces Attack)
Qualot Berry (Reduces Defense)
Hondew Berry (Reduces Special Attack)
Grepa Berry (Reduces Special Defense)
Tamato Berry (Reduces Speed)

Use them if you want to redistribute your EVs to a Pokemon.

You feed it enough that the stats stop changing. At that point, the EV is 0.

I'd have an exact number to guarantee that, but... I don't know it.

It's a process called an IV Battle. Wi-Fi battle someone using autolevel to 100, then write down the stats. Run from battle and look them up with an IV calculator. Very simple proceedure.

Yeah i Know about Individual Values and all that training crap. I was jsut wondering, where people go for best exp.

On a side note. Has anyone been able to get a shedinja in Diamond/Pearl? I just leveled up a nincada to 20..he evolved into ninjask, but I did not get a shedinja. Yes I did have an empty spot in party.

Does it only work in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald?

You need to have a Poke Ball in your bag and an empty slot in your party before evolving Nincada. I just evolved mine just now. Luckily, I saved before I tried to get it the first time. If you didn't save before evolving your Nincada, you have to level up another one.

11 of a berry. The first one knocks off all EVs until you have 100 if you have more than 100 EVs. After that, each one will drop your EVs by 10. So 11. I think Al actually posted this earlier in the thread, but it might have been a random post on GameFAQs. Meh.

Sadly, yes. Not too many people carry generic Poke Balls in their bags anymore by the time you receive the Pokeradar. I have every type of Poke Ball in my bag except for the regular Poke Ball and the Premier Ball.

My Shedinja came in a pokeball and I didn't even have one. It didn't cost me an Ultra or Nest Ball, either.

And before anyone goes "I am awesome, I caught Palkia/Dialga in my first Dusk Ball".. I caught Palkia in the second Ultra Ball, during day. Yes, I know a Net Ball would have been better, just didn't have any. Also.. Skitty Lv 40, caught in first turn Quick Ball.. yet.. I failed Seviper at Lv 18.. XD ____________________

Don't ask me why but on the Serebii site it says that the Dusk Ball at night has a x4 catch rate.... I'm like okay... Then I see that the Ultra Ball has x2 rate and then I am like WTF?! I couldn't capture Palkia with my Dusk Balls at night and then I capture him with my first Ultra Ball?!

My ingamers were Lucario, Rapidash, Empoleon, Staraptor, Gible, and Bibarel.

And the Bibarel, Gible, and Lucario died against Cyrus, and Rapidash was hurt. No potions or revives, either.

My Luxray was able to take out 3 of Cyrus's pokémon alone. Where did you get that Gible, btw?

I´ve got Torterra, Blastoise, Luxray, Staraptor and Bibarel in the team currently.

You can find Gible in the secret entrance of Wayward Cave under Cycling Road. You need Strength to access the rest of the cave but you don't need Flash like the other side of Wayward Cave.
