Because then it's just a Smeargle that doesn't suck. With its stats that would just be incredibly broken.

Wait, are you saying Smeargles suck? If you take the great pains to teach it Spore, Destiny Bond, Sheer Cold, and Substitute, and have 252 EVs of speed, then they could be useful. They die in a hit, so you have to go first, but they could annoy people. On Netbattle, it kicked a Blissey, Ninjask, Gengar, and a Tyranitar's asses with Sheer Cold in four turns.

I'm currently on an Unown catching spree. I only need the B, K, L, !, and ?. I can't find the B, K, or L though! I know the ! and ? are only available after the rest are caught.

I just bought a used Emerald game this morning. The previous owner had most of the legendaries from the first through third generation. Some of those include Lugia, Raikou, Mewtwo, and the legendary trio from the first and third generation. I've already cloned Lugia, Raikou, and the legendary trio from the third generation so I could migrate them to Diamond.

So I decided to try my hand at offering a Pokemon on the GTS. A Level 1 female Bagon for a female Turtwig, any level. We'll see how I do, seeing as I'm not asking for some legendary at Level 100 or something stupid like that.

(Just one more Unown! Where the hell are the "L" ones!? Come out of the ruins, cowards!)

Yes, kind of like that except this one is a lot more risker and you need good timing on when you need to turn off the game. It's risky because you can end up losing the Pokemon you are going to clone to some hacker depending on what you ask. Hackers tend to go for the people asking for legendaries first.

The only pokemon game smeargles were any good at was that Mystery Dungeon game... Its not half bad but really boring after awhile...
