Wasn't pokerus more common in the GSC days? I could have sworn that it was actually semi common. Even though I have yet to ever get it.

I found a Shiny Raikou in Silver.. never Pokerus. :/ I have Pokerus in Pearl.. I can spread it using I. ____________________

You´re probaby thinking of shinys. I had like 5 Shiny pokémon in Crystal. But I never saw pokerus or knew what it was at that time.

I think I saw a number somewhere. The chance of pokerus occuring. I´ll see if I can find it.

"Pokérus is mainly contracted from battles; there is a 2 in 65535 chance of contracting Pokérus in battle."

Googled that up. Let´s just say 1 out of 32767. I knew it was around 30k, though.

So that means that almost all of the "legit pokerus'ed" stuff on Gamefaqs is a lie. Just like the legit shiny Arceus obtained from event with legit perfect stats.

Oh, the Azelf I mentioned before may soon be up for grabs. I love shiny Azelf, but at lv 100...the battle tower would rape it.

Only if "legit pokerus'ed" means straight from obtaining in a battle. Otherwise its easy to contract it and then say it was legit.

lol, I've been pokerus'ed twice in gold myself, both pretty much at random from wild pokemon, once it happened to a level 100 though (NOOOO!)

I have no shinies in gold, or emerald though

Edit: Just found out I have to breed a Houndoom for it. I could trade you the Houndoom and you could breed it with a huge list of pokemon. (Check serebii.net for the list, it's too big to write.)

You have to breed a Houndoom in order to get a Houndour. Houndours don't appear in the wild unless you migrate one from Emerald.

Actually, I kind of like it. Not because it's good, but as you said, it's a nice shiny.

Plus I don't have WiFi (even if I did I'd be grounded from using it
