Right now, I'm in a toss-up between these two movesets.

Drill Peck
Roost
Spikes
Roar/Toxic

Toxic is obviously Toxic, which is a good thing™, but it would ruin the phazing against Steel and Poison types. I don't know who'd actually send out a steel or poison against Skarmory, but maybe some brave fool with a Heatran? Whatever. This would also work for that Baton Passing Mr. Mime and his soundproof ability that Roar is worthless against.

Then there's Roar. It's part of the more classic Skarm setup, and I already stated its issues in the previous paragraph.

So yeah. Any thoughts or blatantly obvious things I've forgotten?

I still can't compare to my brother's accursed Empoleon, though. Hydro Cannon! Bah.

As for Kitty, I'm not really sure why I kept it the way it is, but it's pretty weak for a level 66. At least it's Thunder can still pack a wallop...if it gets to attack, that is.

Peardian.. You look to be in the perfect "Any" level mode area to battle me.

But why not evolve Shinx or Misdreavus?
I might know Misdreavus.. but.. Shinx.. ugh.. Even I evolved my Buneary to Lopunny first chance I had (which was in turn, Level 2)

Also.. I am not battling Alastor again until I have even planned out my Umbreon's moveset.. as well as leveled it some, and given a shot at EVs.

It appears that my CSS broke...
Would dusk balls catch Uxie and Azelf easier because there’re in caves, or do their caves’ not count? And if they don’t, then would they still catch them easier if it’s night?

I’m not sure which poké balls I should buy.

Yeah, Dusk Balls work fine for them, just have a lot and give them a condition first, like sleep Paralyze, etc. I didn't and gave up trying after a while. Mespirit is still wandering around Sinnoh for me though so with so Quick Balls and luck, I could snag it.

Also, what's the recommended level for facing the Elite Four? IGN says at least 55, my friend who is a pro at the game says 45 (but he is a pro) and I got to the champ at an average of 50 my first time. I'm still struggling with it and have to say that I hate Bronzong with a passion now. Plus, I can't find any good places to train. The best place I've found in the lake in Victory Road because of the level 45-50 Golbats. The rest of Victory Road sucks for me because of the Medichams. I hate those things!

Just do the Elite Four a bunch of times. You gain more money from it, and only lose like $1000 after losing all your Pokemon. However, you gain a lot of experience fighting them. Also, it helps to get a traded Pokemon and train it up. Its great to quickly get a strong fighter for the 4 and just get through with it. I completed it with a level 50 Palkia, level 58 Empoleon, and level 57 Luxray, with some dummys in there (Uxie is great in stalling if the need arises).

Uxie and Azelf were annoying to catch in dusk balls.. I swear, those caves were set to be light.

I had more luck with Timer Balls though.. since.. some of my capture rounds go on an a very long time.. Uxie.. if there wasn't 50 turns, I'd be suprised.
