Sometime in maybe sixth grade i was having an english test.
Being to absent minded person I fiddled around with my middle names which start with D and M.
And then i just came up with Dragon Master.
I allways felt original until i found out that the main chracters in lunar were all called dragon masters.

So much for that originality D:

Dragon Master, shouldn't your location and custom title be the other way around? I assume you're a Super Robot from Sweden, not a Sweden from Super Robot.

On the third incarnation i saw quite some people putting their custom titles in their location fields until they got a real one.
So i stuck my location in my custom title as a little joke on it.

OK, I thought maybe you accidentally put one in the other and vice-versa. I missed the entire third incarnation and any fads it contained...I'm from the first incarnation and also posted on the second intermittently.

S.N.N. = SoNotNormal for those who don't know. I still really don't know where I came up with it from, it just popped into my head.

The initials sound nicer anyway

Rydain was morphed out of the name of Rydia from Final Fantasy IV. She was my favorite character at the time (and still is one of my favorites), but I wanted to come up with my own name instead of using an established one. Rydain felt just right for me, and it also turned out to be pretty unique. I didn't come across any other Rydains until I tried to sign up for Neopets six years ago and found that the name was already taken.

Someone here probably stole it, Rydain.

Colin is a nice name. It's not like I have a weird first name so why not use it?

(...aside from people on the phone at work who CANNOT understand my name when I say it to them. )

I used to live near Kyoto, which has the formal name 'Heiankyo' (peaceful and tranquil capital), so I picked 'Heian' (peace) as my nickname. I used to append the year of the city's founding, AD 794, but the 'word + number' nickname has that 1993-AOL-user feel to it, so I removed it.

And I've always just put a schwa sound between the m and the l in 'Acmlm', making the a like 'ah'. No idea if this is close to correct or not.

Acmlm = A-c-m-l-m

Origin of Name
At first my username for everything was Kevin1012 (Name + Address (I've since moved so 1012=nothing now)) but then on Warcraft 3, I lost my password. So I was trying to come up with a new name, and since I was into X-Men at the time, I decided to use "Night Crawler". However, I couldn't use spaces in my name so I tried Night_Crawler but lo and behold, it was already taken. So I thought "how can I make my name different?" and started to go with numbers, but then I thought "blech, that's so overused, how can I be different?". After thinking of different permutations of the username, I came up with [r] and used that and changed my username to "Night_Crawle[r]". A little while later, I tried using that at some website and it said "no symbols" so I thought "hmm, maybe if I morph my two usernames together..." and thus I donned the username NightKev.

Occasionally I will append -NCX7 at the end of my name if NightKev is already taken (NightKev-NCX7).

Origin of NCX7
When the name NightKev was taken at some website (I forget which), I thought "well crap, now what?" (since I didn't want to add random numbers). Then I thought "hmm, maybe I'll do a different username combination" and so I took the N and C from Night_Crawle[r], added a hyphen prefix, and added "x7 (times 7, since I like math (ONO!) and at the time my favorite number was 7)" and so -NCX7 was created.

Short/Simple Version of Story
Kevin1012 > Night_Crawle[r] > NightKev
NightKev > NightKev-NCX7

On a side note, this is probably my longest post ever.

If Kernal is taken or I suspect it to be taken, I use different things. My Wikipedia account for a while was Kernal 7.1, although I can't remember where the 7.1 came from...for Gmail I used kerna133t which is a combination of Kernal, 133 (my user ID), and leet.

I am no Simpsons fan (I doubt I've seen five episodes), but that's where my name came from. It started about three years ago, when I began saying "boo" a lot whenever something displeased me. One of my friends heard me say it so often that he began calling me BooUrns. I decided I'd go with it, mainly because I couldn't come up with anything better.
Yep.

Since it's the trendy thing to do:

Posted by MaxKnight
I've been using MaxKnight for almost 8 years now. I began with it on RPGamer's old-style Message Boards, derived from a love Final Fantasy Tactics.

Needless to say, I've developed a character out of him. Maximilion McKnight, of the class Frost Swordsman. He's capable of enchanting his blade with varying degrees of cold magic. He channels an ice elemental, and when pressed, can actually summon one to occupy his body and take over the fight in order to protect him. He requires 12 hours rest after such incident, though.

Makes for a great story, and an excellent intro for an RP character, no?

My name in a nutshell. I've used it as an AOL screename, forum username, and general usage in most games. It just happens that the name stuck to me through the years.

I picked the name because I like how it sounds.

So it's actually based on this pointless little Resource Hacker project I started but never finished a year ago; basically I messed with the text strings in Windows DLL files to see if I could come up with what would happen if Windows XP could say what it really thought. The codename: Windows XP Cynic Edition, of course. I kind of came up with this as a spur-of-the-moment decision when I registered, and I haven't thought up anything more exciting since.
