I'd probably get all giddy if I played the original Puzzle Fighter II. I never did, though, so I can't truly appreciate this re-release.

But the name reminds me of the joke directed towards Capcom's obsession over Street Fighter II: Super Duper Street Fighter II Hyper Splendo Edition X Turbo v2.4.

The only updates they made were new modes (Columns-style and PdP-style) and a "new, more balanced mode" for original Puzzle Fighter mode.

Though PdP Puzzle Fighter sounds interesting
